Page LXXV - Second Day

Her hands were shaking and her eyes were closed. Quivering in fear as Theodore's next words would change the way how things will progress from now on. Anastasia opened her eyes once again to look at him to hear his answer.

But a few seconds, Theodore didn't move at his spot or say anything.

Anastasia then tried to start up the conversation, "Hey?" She reached out to him to hold his hand. She retracted her hand back, but went on with it with the courage she mustered.

But as soon as he touched Theodore, the balance on his arm disappeared making his head fall on to the table.

Anastasia's face was shocked as she saw his face. She then laughed for a moment. "...This is fine. This is fine." She repeated over and over to herself.

She caressed his face. "That's a cheap trick you know? Falling asleep in the middle of my confession. But I guess... that's what it means when the timing is still not right. Its not yet time is it?"
