Helena concealed her surprise at Diana's question. She didn't expect Diana to catch on so quickly.

"I just don't like the taste. I'm used to getting topical treatments from Ethan," Helena replied, trying to remain calm.

Diana pursed her lips, swallowing hard, trying to control her emotions. This husband and wife were giving her so much trouble. The husband was incredibly naive and stubborn, willing to do anything for his wife. The wife was cunning and deceptive.

Diana had no choice but to open the glass bottle and take out the powder medicine Ethan had made, sprinkling it onto Helena's back. "Lord Ethan enhanced this medicine with magic, just as you asked before," Diana said, spinning a tale that made Helena's heart flutter again.

"Since when did you know about Ethan's real condition?" Helena asked flatly. "It must have been a long time, right?" she probed, making Diana uneasy under her sharp gaze.
