Chapter-6:A battle

3rd POV

The leader Goblin has roared with an ambitious smile on his face.

"COME OUT, now " The goblin leader roared, and dozen giant orcs appeared with them, intimidating the soldiers in the camp.

"It is indeed a big sketch, to attack us with these humongous trolls " Athena replied.

Orcs are famous for their rape, pillage, and burn philosophy which is common knowledge for everyone.

The orcs have identified the well-disguised Athena.

"I smell a woman here, hehe.....I hope this one tastes good " The head orc replied eagerly.

"They treat me as some kind of tasty food, and they have identified me well...I guess the scent is what gave me off. I should have used boy's perfume to cover it...well a thing for me to learn. " Amaya replied.

"This is bad...We can barely handle an orc and there is a dozen of them...indeed a worse situation " John replied with distaste.

"I am counting on you John, just choose a proper plan to attack them...and most importantly trust on yours and my skills " Athena replied confidently.

" *Sigh* There is one way to defeat them...Orcs have high physical defense so we should use magical attacks and also should bows and target their eyes and nose...they are their weak spots " John replied while yielding a bow.

John shot in the eye of the orc initiating battle...

"CHARGE...Hit them where it hurts. You heard the man " Athena replied.

Everyone prepared themselves to attack the orc with their magical attacks and bows in the long-range...while they have managed to dodge themselves to escape the charging orcs.

Using this opportunity the goblins have decided to rob their resources in their tent and Conway...

"Oh no! you don't " Athena replied while slicing a Goblin's head off.

"Those who can't use magic, attack the goblins " Athena commanded them, while melee fighters are fighting goblins and mages are fighting the orcs. And archers are just shooting arrows at their enemies.

"This is too long, and we fatigued easily...we should finish the orcs quick...slash at their weak spots and use status alignments at them...They are vulnerable towards magic " John replied while using healing magic to heal the soldiers who are injured in the battle.

Suddenly the goblin leader is sneaked up on john and has managed to slash in the backside.

"*Guh* " John yelped in pain and got anxious by the hit on his back...he got into adrenaline and swing his dagger back at him, and managed to get a clean slice, but it has not managed to kill off the Goblin leader.

"It takes much more to finish me off... " Goblin leader replied while stealing john's dagger

"John " Athena yelled and threw a iron lance at him quickly.

John picked up the iron lance and use his wrists to push the spear inside the heart of the Goblin leader...

John somehow managed to pierce the goblin leader's stomach with the lance piercing him off in one slice.

"HE GOT OUR LEADER " The remaining goblin's yelled and ran from the battlefield without any time to spare.

"Ha! Run and never approach us, you cowardly thieves " Athena replied mocking them.

"Did you forget us...sweetcakes " An orc replied while approaching her quickly.

"Oh no! You don't " Athena replied by slashing her sword directly at his lower's region. The orc yelled in pain

John looked at where she have slashed...she directly cut

"*AARRRRRRGGGGGH* T-This c-crazy c-chick cut my b-balls off " The orc replied.

John is beyond disgusted by the scene...It's obvious he didn't want to even imagine what happened...John healed himself instinctively to preserve his sanity.

"This chick is crazy, she didn't even feel any remorse. This is making me feel uncomfortable approaching here. " Orc 2 replied.

"Should we run, what should we do? " Orc 3 replied.

"Fools! She can't cut us if we attack her directly. She can't cut us when we approach her at once "The Orc leader replied.

And the orcs planned to target Athena and throw themselves at her once. For obvious reason.

"I can't wait to feel her fresh flesh on her body " The orc leader replied while fantasing to get his hands all over her body.

"Disgusting " Athena replied while being on her alert.

While on the other hand John is nervously composing himself and is preparing.

"Ok, I can't....take them all by myself...I need his help for now...Come out NOW " John replied to himself.

Nothing happened.

"I guess it can't work out like that...but I can't just rush at them and expect me to finish every orc off in a single slash...but I have to support Athena in a less dangerous way which won't involve me getting myself near death " John replied.

"[Magical rain] " John prepared a water magic attack, throwing water droplets at them using his hand and forcefully shoving the Orcs to another side, away from Athena.

"Now mages...attack them with everything you got " John replied to them.

The mages have charged their attacks and got ready to attack the orcs using various...fire, wind, water, and ice spells.

"[Buring temptation] " Athena charged her own fire attack and released her attack at the orcs burning them off.

After several long magical attacks, the orcs have become a pile of corpses.

"Ugh! They are so nasty and disgusting even when they have died. How pathetic " Athena replied.

"And here I was worrying you are unsettled " John replied while rolling his eyes.

"These orcs don't scare me off. They are nothing but trash to me " Athena replied

"Yeah I have seen that, but this brutality " John replied.

"Did you like it? " Athena asked him.

"As long as you don't cut everyone's private parts like vegetables, I don't mind " John replied to her.

"John you are too sensitive " Athena replied to him while turning away from him.

"Yeah, I have a sensitive mind. If I see you becoming a dangerous being like a yandere or a sadist...I will die from a heart attack. So please consider my sanity as well, as I am a healthy human being " John replied.

"Fine, But don't expect me to show any mercy to our enemies " Athena replied

"As long as you don't become crazy...I am ok for now. Because I have several bad experiences with crazy people " John replied.

John and Athena have continued their way with their army...

They conversed in the middle of their journey about their common interests and had some healthy arguments.
