164. Eager Puppy (VS)
Sunrise came slower than she expected even sleeping for most of the night didn't speed it up. Mauve sat upright as she stared around. Bedridden with nothing to do was starting to drive her nuts.
The door opened and Mill returned with the bath water. Mill walked to the bed and tried to lift Mauve out of it but she stopped Mill by putting her hand out.
"You know I can walk right?" She mumbled and threw her legs over the side.
It's one thing for Jael to treat her like a child, but that's as far as she was willing to let it go.
"Well then let me help you to the bath," Mill said as she stared at Mauve she looked quite adamant.
Before she could protest the vampire grabbed her arm and slowly began to lead her to the bathtub.
Mauve soaked as Mill washed her clean and then dried her up. With the towel around her chest, Mill led her to the bed and dressed her. Mill wore her another flowing dress.
