The Universal Villain[Old]

(This Fan-Fic has been rewritten. While still enjoyable to some this one has a lot of plot holes and other bullshit. So if you want a more complete version check out the rewrite.) Shen had obtained a strange system that gave him the chance to get abilities ranging across multiple fictional universes. The system only requires him to make it a better version of its former self by defeating or killing anyone or thing that is more powerful than an average human. At the same time, Shen personally doesn't care what he has to do as long as he gets stronger abilities. This is a story about a boy who does not care about the damage he causes or the people around him. What kind of chaos is he going to cause ripping through universes for fun and with the sole goal of becoming stronger, and what kind of impression will he make on the original characters involved?

No More Talking

Second, after second, the sound of tapping echoed throughout the ground. They had hit the one-third mark. Spending most of his time idle, Shen had done exactly as he said he would. Since the broadcast, he hadn't left the Hosu City site and simply waited for the time to pass.

A multitude of people carrying long-distance cameras and others on the internet looking at him from above with satellite images came by day after day always staying miles away from him of course.

Because of this, Shen hadn't had the opportunity to see what was happening in the world outside of his sensory range. From the bits and pieces, he could hear however, it seemed things were finally starting to calm down. Though the riots were still as evident as ever, the people didn't know who to riot against.

Though they wanted to blame UA and the police force for not taking care of this issue they also knew that they needed them. In the end, no one could place blame and no one could stay angry. Despite it being the greatest catastrophe they had ever witnessed, it was the one time everyone came together and agreed on something.

They didn't want to die nor did they want to surrender, so they would fight. It was a heroic age after all and despite the hopelessness of the situation, there were plenty of heroes who were still willing to fight. But by far what was the most incredible movement made during this time was an announcement made by UA.

Of course, the one who declared that announcement was All Might. During that one month, All Might found himself standing on top of a familiar roof. The very same one where he told Midoriya off. "So you're here… From that message I guessed you were still alive." A familiar feeling welled up in All Might's stomach as he remained in his deflated form.

"We both know we don't have much time left." All For One was the man standing on the other side of that roof. "I'm not here to talk about that. I'm here to negotiate with you."All Might's tone was full of animosity while he spoke, however, he still didn't attack. "Oh? I'm sure you know the only thing I'm interested in is…"

All For One reached his hand out towards All Might's chest. However, he stopped before lowering it and All Might spoke again. "You and I both know that we are not strong enough to handle this on our own. Which is why we have to entrust this to someone else." All For One didn't answer as the memories of him and All Might battle flashed by.

He knew the reason he had met up with All Might and All Might knew it as well. After injuring one another as badly as they did, even if they got to keep their quirk's and their abilities, they were nowhere as strong as before. Because of that, there was only one way for them to beat Shen.

"And why do you think I would require your help? This city has no value to me and I doubt you can offer me anything I want." All Might's hair blew in the wind before turning his view to the large city in front of him. "That's why this isn't a deal but a negotiation. From now on you and I will remove our presence from this world. No interference with one another even after the two months is up."

Listening to All Might, All For One wearing his mask turned to face him. "And what would we be doing for two months?" All Might didn't reply for a moment as he clutched his fist. "You must have the same idea as I did. We may not be strong enough but our successors will be. If we spend the next two months training them they could be ready."

"Is it because of what he said?" Referring to an obvious part of Shen's speech, All Might nodded. "As much as I don't want to work with you, we have no choice. It's One For All." Looking at All Might, All For One laughed. "And All For One." It was with that conversation that the current announcement by UA was released.

Both Heros and villains alike would put their differences aside. Everyone available would come together for this final stand. It was everything Shen had hoped for and more. With that being the case, the day had finally arrived. The buzzing of dozens of helicopters and hundreds of vehicles made their way through the forest.

As the Helicopters circled the location Hosu City used to be at, they all focused their cameras on the man standing in the middle. "They even brought cameras to show it live, how considerate." Glancing up at the helicopter's, Shen looked towards the line of police vehicles parking themselves around a mile away.

Stepping out of the car in the lead of the rest was a duo Shen wanted to see. All Might in his heroic form along with a man in a black suit that most of the people here didn't recognize. Stepping out of the car's one by one a mix of heroes and villains began to reveal themselves. One of the heroes looked around and saw a mix of people.

"I can't believe we are fighting with villains…" The hero next too him agreed as he scanned over everyone. "Yeah and that one guy who was with All Might, just looking at him gives me the creeps." Talking about All For One, many heroes felt this way and it wasn't only them. The hostility between everyone was evident and there was only one thing stopping everyone from going at one another's neck; All Might and All For One.

Each one of them spent the past two months not only training the next generation of their quirks but also convincing all of these people to work together. Everyone finally stopped chatting amongst themselves as a group of police officers walked up to All Might. "I would like to thank all of you for your help during this."

It was more than clear that without the police force's help they wouldn't have been able to organize things so well. "Of course we are happy to help you! Although I don't completely agree with the idea of working with villains like this, I understand we don't have a choice. Everyone is counting on you guys…" The officer in charge looked at All Might for a second before turning away.

Alright, guys let's go, we don't want to be here when the fighting starts." Talking to the rest of the officers through his radio, the officers that had driven the heroes here got back in the cars and drove away. Seeing this, Shen didn't bother stopping them and instead began to enhance his voice so it could be heard for miles.

Almost every person in the world was watching this live so he had to make it count.

"I would like to thank you all for actually coming here. Before I begin mur- I mean fighting all of you I hope you don't mind if I take a few precautions." Walking out of the forest four shadow clones of Shen surrounded the area as if standing at four corners of a square. Then with each one holding out their hand they released a large amount of Ki and had them each form a wall.

Looking around startled, even the Helicopters couldn't escape as a massive barrier stretching into the sky surrounded everyone. "Can't have any of you leaving because you got cold feet after all. It was then that one of the villains stepped forward. "Look I don't care who you are but because of you, I was forced to team up with all of these good for nothings."

Holding out his fist, air began to swirl around the villain's hands. "So I'm just going to kill you now so I can get back to doing what I do best!" Rushing towards Shen without pause, other villains agreed with them and activated their quirk's as well. "We are sick of your jokes." Joining the other villain, they rushed at Shen without heeding any type of warning.

"Wait don't!" All Might called out to the villain's but they ignored him and attacked. However, while running they suddenly felt something cut through their bodies separating multiple limbs from their torso's. With no warning, the villains fell to the ground into a puddle of their blood. "What the hell…" Looking at the scene, the heroes and villains felt happy that they didn't move.

Seeing everyone turning their gaze to him, Shen raised his hand passively. "Don't look at me, I didn't kill them. I already told you I would bring my servants with me." Listening to Shen, everyone looked around but saw no one who fit Shen's description inside of the barrier. "Oh, right you all can't see them." Thinking to himself for a moment Shen had an epiphany.

Holding his right hand out towards the group in front of him they all immediately went on guard. "There." In a burst of wind, everyone felt as if something had entered their bodies. Though it was slightly painful it was nothing worth screaming about. "What the hell was that?" Looking down at his chest the villain couldn't see anything wrong.

"I just injected you all with a little spiritual energy. It should let you see them if only temporarily." Just as Shen said two figures appeared in front of everyone standing to both sides of Shen. One being a girl on the smaller side and the other being a strange-looking older man. However, the doubts they were the ones that killed those villains earlier was clear from the blood on their swords.

"In any case, I think we've all had enough of talking right?" While stretching his body, Shen's eye's turned crimson red. "Those villains from earlier proved you guys are confident enough to attack me so let's not dilly dally any longer."
