Chapter 185: The Tea
Eleonore’s POV
“Are you sure about this?” Michael asked me as he followed Margaret from the kitchen, a cup of steaming tea in his hands that I assumed was the thing that was going to help me.
I nodded my head.
‘I have to know.’ I wrote on the notepad.
“I mean I understand that,” Michael agreed as he set the tea down. “But from what little you’ve told us about whenever you had dreams, or visions, is that it never goes well. I mean Jesus, it sounds like you walked through all seven gates of h*ll when your friend Bastian tried to give your voice back to you.”
I let out a huff, shuddering at the memory. And then something else came to my mind. Despite the horror that had shot through me, the immediate comfort that had come when Rhett and Hayden rushed towards me in their corporal wolf form was like nothing I had ever felt before.
