That morning, with so much difficulty, Eris left Rhea's side. He was very much interested in finding out the information Bell was able to fish out about his girlfriend's newly found "grandfather". 

Rhea's protection was his main priority at the moment and that made him take extra step in looking into everyone who came in contact with the woman even without her knowing about it. 

Eris was after all, someone who did not trust others so easily. But he personally took charge of the teenage girl Bell and ever since she had been around him, she did her work so well and perfectly. With her hidden by his side, no information about him ever slipped into wrong hands. 

He practically believed everything she said to him and when she claimed to have found something about the man, he did not hesitate and appeared the next minute. He could have reasonably asked Taylor to get the information but this was something about his woman.
