Studying the Flying Raijin Jutsu

In the Senju Clan, Minato was utterly shocked as he was studying the Flying Raijin Jutsu. Previously, he had studied about seals from Jiraiya. He found those seals quite interesting and learnt them quickly.

Minato believed that if he tried to learn the Second Hokage's Flying Raijin Jutsu, even if the Jutsu couldn't be used, he would at least understand the seals on it. Yet, there were so many characters which he had never heard of.

More times than often, he would be forced to ask for Uzumaki Isao's help since he didn't feel like he was making any progress.

Upon hearing Minato's questions, Uzumaki Isao understood that although Minato knew the basic concepts of sealing, he did not completely understand the art of using it.

That was why Uzumaki Isao had begun to teach Minato about Fuinjutsu from the start.

His teachings were quite valuable for Minato who made notes and later added his own ideas into them as well.

While teaching Minato, Isao felt that Minato wasn't that attuned to Fuinjutsu as compared to an Uzumaki, but his talent in Fuinjutsu was far above the people who weren't Uzumaki. Moreover, his ideas were quite unique and were somewhat different from standard. It felt like an outside the box thinking.

Even though he had been teaching Minato, Isao felt that his own understanding of Fuinjutsu was getting deeper by leaps and bounds.

Minato's unique ideas reminded him a little of Araki's ideas. Although they were different from Minato's ideas, they were still unique in their own aspect.

Araki's Uzumaki Blood in him also helped him out in understanding seals rather quickly. However, after having studied till a certain level where although he couldn't create strong seals, he could still understand the sealing to a certain extent. Maybe even use them when he needs to.

Minato had been working extremely hard in advancing his sealing knowledge while also studying the Second Hokage's Flying Raijin Jutsu. He understood that these unique characters which he couldn't understand were of Second Hokage's own creation. He would probably need years to crack down the code and use it for himself.

However, cracking down the code of Second Hokage's Flying Raijin Jutsu wasn't his aim. He simply wanted to take some inspiration from it, the rest, he was planning to create on his own.

There were also a few things he understood, after utilising the Flying Raijin Jutsu, the Second Hokage would probably need to pause for a certain time limit before he could use it again. Meaning, he couldn't use it in rapid succession. This was a point that Minato planned to introduce in his own Jutsu.

Well, currently, he hadn't even scratched the surface though. He would need at least five or so years to finish with this seal.

Meanwhile, Araki was talking with Jiraiya at this moment.

"Sensei plans to send nearly 100 or so elite shinobi to Ame. However, within these 100 Shinobi, a few of their young shinobi would be sent as well. It seems sensei really wants to show his sincerity to Hanzo. I believe the Nara Clan would be sending Shikaku. It would be a good chance to temper that child before the start of the Third Shinobi War." Jiraiya informed Araki about the current decision of the Third Hokage.

Araki had a faint smirk on his face upon hearing those words, "I really want to warn Hanzo that he is making a mistake by allying with Konoha. Since Hanzo has somehow forgotten the fact that Konoha didn't make a move in favour of its long-term ally. In fact, Konoha preferred to make sure their 'ally' was destroyed. I really pity Ame…"

Jiraiya remained silent upon hearing this. Every time he remembered this action of his Sensei and Danzo, he would be filled with disappointment. He just wished that if only he was there, maybe he could have convinced his sensei to send reinforcements.

"Don't worry, Jiraiya. I am well aware that the Shinobi of Konoha isn't to be blamed about not assisting Uzushio. It was mainly our 'dear' third Hokage, Danzo, and Orochimaru. Now that one of these three had been punished, I can maybe hold back my rage against the other two for some years." Jiraiya couldn't really say anything to Araki at this moment.

He realised anything he said would fall upon deaf ears. He had heard from Araki that Orochimaru had experimented upon the dead bodies of the Uzumaki Clan Members, and Danzo had provided with the people to do that.

It would have been stranger if Araki had restrained his rage and didn't take any action against them.

A question did appear in his mind, and he decided to ask it right now, "What do you plan with Orochimaru?"

Before Araki could answer, Jiraiya asked another question, "Also, how do you plan to find Orochimaru? Even with my contacts, I have no idea where he has disappeared. It has been 2 weeks since anyone caught sight of his tracks."

"I can't really tell you about my plans regarding Orochimaru. But, as for that snake's location. I am naturally aware of his current location." Araki had a smile on his face before he added, "That snake entered the Land of Lightning a week ago. He is currently residing in a village near Kumo."

Jiraiya's eyes widened in shock, he didn't expect Araki to know this. Even though Jiraiya's spy network was spread in all parts of elemental nations, Orochimaru still managed to keep his trails hidden from them.

Just how did Araki know of this? Just who was his spy that had managed to tail Orochimaru to this extent.

The shocking look on Jiraiya's face was quite interesting. Araki chuckled a little before he started explaining, "You see Jiraiya, nearly 2 months ago, I met Orochimaru where he confessed that he had indeed experimented on the dead bodies of the Uzumaki Clan Members which he had picked up from Uzushio. Those words were pretty much death sentence for himself."

"But because he has some use to me, I want to keep him alive for the next few years. Now, I naturally know the intelligence of that snake and know he could be especially slippery and a troublesome person to deal with if he managed to escape. So, I planned to inject him with my chakra. With my sensing ability, as long as Orochimaru doesn't run off to another dimension, I would be able to sense him. Well, I was planning on injecting my chakra by shaking his hand or something, but that stupid snake attacked me and brought me into his mindscape."

"At that time, I injected my chakra into his mindscape. It stuck to his chakra so strongly that no matter what he does now or where he goes, he won't be able to sever it. And from what it looks like, Orochimaru still isn't aware of my chakra inside of his mindscape. As long as I want to, I can sense Orochimaru's location. He can never run away from me." Araki finished speaking with a decisive tone.

"This…" Jiraiya was truly speechless upon hearing this. This was truly a great technique. Even someone as smart as Orochimaru wouldn't be able to deal with this technique.

Well, there was something Araki didn't mention to Jiraiya. He couldn't use this technique on a lot of people. He had already injected his chakra into Kushina's mindscape so that he would always be aware of her position. She could require his assistance at any time.

And the week soon passed away…

I hope you all like the chapter.
