Axel is a struggling novelist who stumbles upon an otherworldly online writing tool that would grant his desires to become the greatest author. Though he found it hard to believe, he fell at the hands of the website's temptation and imported his almost finished novel into the platform. After importing his work and making changes to his story, he drifted off to sleep and opened his eyes to find himself in the world of his own novel as an extra. [Pinnacle Academy Stadium 1 - Arena A: Food Court]
The savoury crunch of the last piece of chicken katsu barely registered as I focused on the screen across the restaurant. It had been flickering in the background while I ate, showing clips of the tournament's previous matches. Now, though, it held my attention fully as the screen projected the next upcoming match.

Glancing at my watch I checked to see how close the time was to the match.
