Kai's cheeks flush at the teasing tone of the System. "It wasn't a date," he protests weakly, though the smile tugging at the corners of his lips betrays his true feelings.

The System chuckles mischievously, floating closer to Kai.

"Oh, come on, Kai. Don't be shy now. It's obvious there's something brewing between you and Akane." It prompts him playfully, enjoying the rare opportunity to tease Kai.

Kai lets out a sigh, shaking his head with a chuckle.

"We're just friends," he insists, though a part of him wonders if there is more to their relationship than meets the eye.

The System flashes a grin, its virtual gaze sparkling mischievously. "Sure, sure. Just friends," it echoes teasingly.

"But you know, there's nothing wrong with a little romance now and then. Who knows, maybe Akane is the one for you."

Kai rolls his eyes, trying to suppress a laugh. "You watch too many romance dramas," he retorts, though a small part of him can't help but entertain the idea.

The System shrugs, unfazed by Kai's dismissal. "Hey, I'm just here to provide some entertainment," it quips, floating lazily above Kai's bed.

"But in all seriousness, Kai, it's nice to see you happy. Whether it's with Akane or anyone else, just enjoy the moment."

Kai nods, a soft smile playing on his lips. "Thanks, System," he murmurs, feeling a sense of gratitude towards his virtual companion.

With a final wink, the System vanishes, leaving Kai to ponder its words in the quiet of his room.
