Treasure Pavilion (1)

Author's note: this is from Seraphina's point of view

Our odd group of three approached the gates of the Treasure Pavilion. It looked more impressive as I got closer.

It was not about the architecture. I've seen plenty of majestic castles while traveling and attending events with my father. This was about the energy I could almost touch.

My skin broke into goosebumps as my instincts screamed that this place was filled with powerful creatures. Dangerous ones. So far, the most impressive gathering I've seen was the Council, yet that one seemed like kindergarten compared to this place.

I could feel the arrays buzzing and making my left wrist itchy as my bracelet reacted. I never felt anything like it. I wondered if the defenses of Lemuria, my father's birthplace, would compare to this.
