Josh stood there even more shocked by the appearance of these pretty ladies. "Who are you?" He asked. Then he decided that the Jose family did not need to know his business again.

"Actually," Josh said before any of the ladies could speak. "Let us talk outside. I'll be with you soon."

"What?" Lisa quickly said. Although she knew that she was supposed to pretend like she hated Josh because of her aunt, in reality, she liked him a lot and was always jealous of her cousin, Hannah.

"We don't even know who they are? Have you been cheating on my cousin without us knowing?" Lisa pressed on. She really wanted to know who those ladies were to Josh.

"And why are you calling this young man 'master?' Who are you ladies anyway?" Mary frowned, curiosity already taking hold of her.

"Our business belongs to him alone." One of the ladies said. "We will do as you've said, young master. We'll wait outside."

The both of them turned to leave. This act only made Mary more upset. Josh smirked, glad to see the dissatisfaction in their eyes. It still hurt that he would have to say goodbye to Hannah, but maybe it was for the best.

Ralph suddenly gasped, his eyes widening. "Wait your guys! Those ladies, they're the daughters of Miguel Sanchez, the owner of the multi billionaire tech company, MG."

"You're kidding, right?" Lisa said in disbelief. "I mean how could I not have recognized them! They're super celebrities and they're in our house!"

"Keep it together, Lisa." Mary frowned. "Thank goodness we were at least on our best behaviors around them."

Mary was proud for a minute. Ralph never disappointed her and was quite smart than he always thought. But now comes the question. What were those rich ladies doing with someone like Josh?

Josh came out a while later with his loads packed and he left without saying a word. Once outside, Mary gathered her family to her room. "I don't trust what is going on. Ralph, get your boys and do a little digging. Keep tabs on Josh for me."

"You got it mother. Though, what exactly are we looking for?" Ralph said.

"Don't you know? Someone as poor as Josh might be working for some rich dons to harm us. I don't trust poor people. We're just being protective. He might be a criminal for all we care, and wouldn't mind doing something dangerous to us to earn him a couple of bucks."

"But why would those ladies harm us?" Ralph asked.

"Just do as you're told and stop asking foolish questions. Also, you should go to the hospital for your wounds. We wouldn't want them to scar, would we?" She replied him.

"But first, Lisa?" Mary called. "Take a good picture of these wounds, we will show it to Hannah to see just a monster Josh really is."

As Josh stepped out away from Mary and her minions, he fixed his eyes on the two ladies waiting for him by the side of a sleek car parked outside.

"Okay, who are you ladies?" He asked.

"We are the Sanchez sisters. And we've received an invitation from Mr. Derek." One of them announced, the youngest in a red dress.

"I'm Isadora, and this is Sofia." The eldest introduced.

The moment Josh heard the name of his uncle, he got slightly upset. "I'm sorry but I no longer accept clients. You're wasting your time." Josh said plainly to them.

"But sir, we have already completed our own end of the bargain. We've been promised a treatment sir." Isadora said.

Josh sighed. Then his phone rang and just as he was thinking of his uncle, he saw he had been the one calling. He picked up, already knowing what the man would say.

"I know you don't want to do this any longer, but he really is my friend and he's dying. They don't have much choice besides you, Joshua. Please." The man said. He seemed so honest that Josh couldn't bear disappointing the old man. Especially since his condition.

"Fine. But this really is the last time, uncle." Josh said before hanging up. "Okay ladies. Where are we off to?"

He stared at his box that he'd just packed. Sofia realized he must have been wondering where to put it, so she offered a comment.

"We can put that at a suitable hotel sir. At least till after you're done with his treatment. I know a good place." She said with a smile.

Josh sighed deeply. It was not even his day at all. He knew he couldn't be carrying his box everywhere so he agreed. The ride to the hotel was filled with silence that Josh very much appreciated.

He waited in the car and allowed the ladies to hire someone to pack his stuff into the hotel, then they were off to meet who was sick.

It was then he began to ask what was going on with the sick person.

"It's our dad. We want to keep it a secret obviously, but he hasn't been able to out much. He's been really weak, and around last week, things got more intense. We had to rush him to the hospital." The eldest of the ladies, Isadora, explained.

"Still, there's barely any improvement in his treatment. It's so frustrating because dad isn't one who likes staying still in one place. And he's usually super healthy too. We hate that he's sick now." Sofia said.

Josh listened carefully to his symptoms and immediately, he had a few speculations on what the man needed. But he would have to see him face to face to see whether the condition had worsened or not.

At the hospital, they were directed to a specially secured area, the VIP section where the billionaire was being admitted in. Once Josh stepped in, he could see a young lady, slender and pretty, though highlighted with heavy makeup. She was seated by the bedside where a man laid on.

She jumped up immediately seeing Josh and the ladies. "Oh ladies, welcome back. And who is this?" She asked, pointing towards Josh.

"He's here to check out our dad, Margaret." Isadora said.

"What? This..." Margaret glared at Josh from head to toe in disgust. "Him? No way. Look at how he's dressed. I bet he didn't even graduate from college. I won't let him touch my dear husband."

Josh looked surprised for a while. Margaret and the ladies could have passed for sisters but she was their mother?

"You will step out of the way, Margaret. Let him give a thorough diagnosis for our dad." Sofia said in a commanding tone.

Josh knew and had met rude people like Margaret and he knew just how to keep her quiet.
