Fifteen Days Later,

In the Village,

"So, where is he?" A middle-aged man stood in front of Hina and asked with a serious tone.

"I… we don't know. He lives in the forest but we don't know where exactly." Hina shook in fear as she replied.

Next to her was the Village Chief. He was also shaking in fear, not daring to look at the middle-aged man.

"You said the same thing three times. I went there but couldn't find him. Do you still want to waste my time? Or, do you want to die?" The middle-aged man narrowed his eyes and leaked his murderous aura as he asked.

Hearing his words, the Village Chief who was shaking in fear immediately shouted. His eyes no longer showed any fear.

"We don't know where he lives. And, Hina has nothing to do with the death of your son. Please spare her. If you want to kill someone, kill me."

The middle-aged man paused for a moment as he stared at the Village Chief. After a long silence, he asked.

"You said, he took the ration fifteen days ago, right?"

Although Village Chief no longer showed fear, he still nodded stiffly. It seemed like he was just hiding his fear deep down.

The middle-aged man tapped the desk in front of him and said.

"Then, I will wait for a few days. Since he hadn't left the Village completely, he should return for the ration, right?"

Hearing his words, the Village Chief bit his lips and nodded. He truly didn't want Shin to return but he could not control anything. He was too weak to do anything at all.

The middle-aged man turned around and left the bar. As soon as he left, Hina deeply released a breath and muttered.

"Please Shin, please don't come here!"

Village Chief turned at her and sighed. Although Shin did get a lot of ration at that time, he knew it would be empty in just a few more days.

Besides that, he didn't know how long that man will have the patience to wait. What if he suddenly decides to kill them?

After all, he was the father of that guy.

After releasing a deep breath, Shin stood up and patted his palms together, releasing the dust from his palms.

He wiped out the sweat from his forehead and finally walked toward his house. He took off his clothes and walked out with a towel around his legs and a few extra clothes in his hand. He walked for around two minutes until he reached the riverbank.

He took a bath and wore new clothes. After feeling refreshed, he stretched out his body a few times and walked back to the house.

Just as he was going to cook some rice, he realized that the rice has been finished. There was no meat as well.

"It seems like I need to go back to the village today. I thought that much rice would at least be enough for a month but it was finished in just fifteen days."

"According to my exercise, my diet has increased as well. If this goes on, my diet would reach an astonishing level. Anyway, I should go and buy some rice and meat for now."

He nodded his head and left the house with some money.

After half an hour of walking, he finally reached the village. But, just when he entered the village, he noticed a strange atmosphere. He couldn't help but feel strange.

Suddenly, a figure rushed toward him. It was a middle-aged lady who seemed to be working in a field and saw him first. She quickly pulled his hand and turned around.

"Shin, return to the forest! That man's father has arrived in the village and he is waiting for you. Just leave and return after a few days."

Hearing her words, Shin was stunned for a moment. But, more than that, he quickly pulled her shoulder and asked.

"You mean Iron Fist? What about Hina and Village Chief and others? Did anything happen to them? Is everyone alright?"

His words made her stunned for a moment. Suddenly, she was overflown with gratitude as she smiled and said.

"Don't worry, he hasn't done anything to us. Although it is a bit weird, it seemed like he won't do anything to us. But, it's not the same for you. So, you must leave. As for food, just manage for a few days."

Her words made him feel the same. Although they were still living under the threat of that man, they didn't try to betray him. He shook his head and said.

"This is a problem I created. I will solve it myself. Besides, just because he hasn't done anything to the village doesn't mean he won't do anything. What if he runs out of patience?"

Hearing his words, she panicked a bit. Yes, what if he runs out of patience? He might kill everyone in the village. That would be disastrous. But, she still didn't want Shin to face him.

But, Shin shook his head upon seeing her hesitation and said.

"I need to be responsible for what I did. This is a philosophy of my life. If I can't even follow it, what's the point of living with it? And, don't worry."

Shin patted her shoulder and smiled.

"I am not that weak."

Saying so, he walked toward the village. Although he wasn't sure if he could defeat Iron Fist's father, he knew that he had to fight. There was no other choice.

As he walked toward the village, he noticed a few people trying to convince him to return but he rejected them and walked toward the bar.

But just before he could enter the bar, he saw a person walking out.

Two people stood in front of each other and froze for a moment.

Iron Fist stared at Shin while Shin stared at Iron Fist. Both immediately knew that the person in front of them was the person they were trying to find.

"You killed my son." After a long silence, Iron Fist finally opened his mouth.

"Yes, otherwise I would've been killed by him." Shin nodded his head and answered. Then, he continued.

"Can you move out of the village?"

Hearing his words, Iron Fist asked.

"Are you trying to not get villagers involved?"

Shin nodded his head.

After getting the response, Iron Fist walked forward. He walked toward the gates of the village. This gate was opposite to that of the forest since it was the gate that leads to the road toward the next village.

"Shin!" Hina cried from behind.

Shin turned around and saw Hina and Village Chief. Both looked extremely worried but Shin simply smiled at them.

"Trust me!"

He turned around and quickly followed Iron Fist. After they walked out of the village, they once again stood in front of each other.

Their fighting intent erupted loudly. Unlike Shin, Iron Fist's fighting intent was mixed with killing intent. It wasn't hatred but rather a pure killing aura forged after killing a lot of people.

Compared to that, Shin's aura looked extremely weak.

After a long silence, Iron Fist spoke.

"Although I don't have any relationship with him anymore, I still want to avenge him."

Shin took a deep breath and clenched his fist. At this moment, his passive ability Iron Body was activated.

Passive Abilities were divided into two categories. First that required activation and second that doesn't require activation. And, the reason why they were called Passive Abilities was that they didn't consume any energy.

After activating his Iron Body, Shin felt a significant change in his strength.

Iron Fist was the same. He also activated his Iron Body. Both stared at each other for a moment and the next second, their feet collided against the ground, launching them toward each other.

Iron Fist's eyes widened as he stared at Shin.

"Your Iron Body? Why is it so strong?"

He wasn't surprised that Shin's strength could be strong as his. It's just that he didn't expect Shin who was only seventeen or eighteen managed to push his Iron Body to this level.

He spent over a decade doing so. That's why he was surprised.

Shin also saw his surprise and said.

"I leveled up."

Hearing his words, Iron Fist's eyebrows twitched as he asked.

Just when he was about to ask, Iron Fist suddenly disappeared in front of him and appeared behind him. He raised his foot and swung it at him.
