The Motive

When Ava was caught she wasn't sent to prison like Steve. She was sent to a mental hospital. She finally revealed her motive. She found out Eliza loved her and told her no. She told Steve and he realized why she didn't want to marry him. She loved someone else. He had more to do with the plan than he was arrested for. Then she discovered the diary and the cabin. Steve had told her about Eliza's secret. Eliza was crazy but so was Ava. Eliza had a plan to kill them both so they got to it first. Steve took her on a walk in the woods where Ava stabbed her and Steve pushed her into the river. It was finally over. Ten years later she was released from the hospital and she had more work to do. The next person she killed was Vanessa. But this time she never got caught. Clara became a professional detective. She tried to investigate Vanessa's death but there was no evidence. And it couldn't have been Ava... she wasn't dumb enough to kill more people. The next to go was Steve. He had blew their cover and admitted to getting rid of the body. Clara knew it was Ava but never said anything. She couldn't betray her family. And she couldn't risk being next. So she kept the secret. Until the day before she died. She wrote a book to talk about her experience so the world would know and I may be dying... but Ava is still out there.
