"Go and sound out Song Yan. If you want to take over the Song family, I can help you."

"Why should I believe you?"

Jiang Jingchen looked up at him from his wheelchair. "Do you trust Song Yan to not make you a puppet after she helped you get into a position of power?"

"Hmph." Song Kai snorted.

Although he did not answer no, his tone revealed his displeasure.

Everyone in the Song family looked down on him. Song Yan was just using him temporarily to prevent outsiders from getting a piece of Song Enterprise. Even if he got into a position of power, he might not get any shares of Song Enterprise. He would, at most, get management rights.

Song Kai didn't just want management rights because it would mean that he would still be working for them.
