Matthew raised an eyebrow. "Weird powers? What we have certainly isn't the norm but I would categorize them as weird."

May rolled her eyes and slugged her brother on the shoulder, addressing Adrian. "Don't mind him; he's a fanatic. And no one has ever given him a hard time about his powers aside from being upset that he called them out on their lies; he doesn't get it."

He scowled at his sister but didn't refute her claim. These two seemed to have an interesting relationship but Adrian wasn't too curious about them. He would get the help he needed and then cut contact and continue living life as an average person.

"I do have some connections so I can get you in under the pretext of you being a research study participant. At the very least I'll need MRIs and EEGs…" Matthew began mumbling to himself as if he forgot the other two were there.
