One thing I hated about me*st*ual cramps was the fact that I had always had food in my stomach.

The three days of pain that came with it were unbearable.

It has never happened before that I missed the date.

It was always 19-21 of every blessed month.

The moment I rushed into the bathroom I was filled with so much embarrassment.

I could not even remember when last I had stain the sheets. I was always alert about it.
