Chapter Twenty six
Caitlin woke up the next morning feeling so sick and nauseous. Kane was worried about her and tried to make her feel better.
"Are you alright my love?"
"I feel like throwing up…." she said as she held her head, trying to fight her dizziness. He patted her back slowly and tried to comfort her. He was so worried to see her in such a state. Who knew pregnancy would hit this hard?
Before he could do anything else, she rushed to the bathroom and threw up in the sink. Kane was so scared to death. He held her and tried to calm her down but she couldn't help it. He wiped her face with a towel and carried her in his arms back into the bedroom. He laid her on the bed gently.
"Should I call Grace? Do you wanna go to a hospital?" he asked, worries etched all over his face.
"No, it's fine. Grace already gave me some drugs. It's on the table."
