Chapter hundred and seven
When Jason got back to his room, McKenna was gone. He looked around the room and bathroom for her but she was nowhere in sight. He was barely gone for an hour and his mood wasn't the same as when he left. Who knew arguing with one's mother was so exhausting and he now regrets saying half the things he told her in the heat of the argument.
When Jason came out of the bathroom, he saw a note on his table and he went around to the other side to take a look at the note.
THANKS FOR LAST NIGHT. I WILL GET MYSELF HOME. THANKS AGAIN. BYE.
Jason stared at the note on his hand. He wasn't gone for long, was he? Maybe an hour or so. Why would McKenna up and leave without saying goodbye or give him the pleasure of kissing her before taking her back home.
