Aileen came inside

"I brought your favorite foods"

She started arranging it

"You seem less busy nowadays" he said with his focus still on his work,

"And you seem busy all the time" she said and turned his chair, he was a little surprised and more when she bend down, he just stared at her

"Your eyes look tired, rest a little and let's eat" she put out her hand in front of him and

"Do you know I can never say no to you? Does she even know the influence she has on me? Does she know that I will give her everything she wants from me?" He thought as his heart felt warm and he put his hand in hers as she pulled her towards the table made of his favorite foods

"Oh Aileen I will go wherever you want to lead me, just don't go away from me"

She made him sat down and he smiled softly

"This is a lot of food for just this morning"

"Here eat"

"I am not a child, you have been feeding me a lot this past days"

"Because you are eating little and I don't like it"

"It's ok I am full, see there's a lot of food left. Go back, I will let them clean this place up"

He went to his chair and started working and she went out, he finally raised his head and stared at the door

"I also wants to spend time with you" he said and closed his eyes, when he opened them she was standing in front of him

"I told you, you look tired"

She went to sit down

"I thought you left"

"No I have a free day today and I will be spending it with you"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes"

She watched him as he worked, that side of him she had never seen he looked so serious, he has always shown her his jovial face

She watched as his eyebrows hardened and softened

She got lost staring at him and smiled

"Julius is so handsome. Why have I never noticed" she thought

"Silly he has a girlfriend" she hit her head

When he looked at her, she was sleeping, he looked at her for a while only he knew what was going on in his mind, he continued working then he heard an alarm

"Oh I fell asleep, are you not done yet" she said as she walked up to him and sat in front of him

"I told you I will be busy"

"Too busy to not have time for me?"

He couldn't answer and continued working, she placed her head on his desk

"I am sad and lonely, my friend no longer cares about me, I prepared him his favorite foods but he's still not talking to me, I miss him so much…."

He stopped whatever he was doing, closed his file and held her hand

"Sorry I have been a bad friend"

"Are you done? Can we leave?" She asked and he nodded and she was so happy

He got up and she held his hand and snuggled him as they got out with him smiling at her actions

"And sir claims she's his friend" his assistant murmured

They went to all the places they used to go and she was happy this time she was really enjoying every moment of it more than she used to, she went to get ice cream for them

"Even I miss you so much Aileen but I don't want to lie to you I can't bear lying to you I wanted to make you forget him but every time I look into your eyes I find myself guilty I never stayed away from you… never… despite me being busy I watched you from afar" Julius said
