Lin Fan picked up the spear and took his time to take off the note.

It must have taken him three seconds before he unfolded the note and had time to read it's contents. He sighed and walked outside as he rubbed his eyes and looked down at the words. He had been working in the dark, so it was hard to see the black letters on the paper.

"We need help! We're coming from over the Ocean! Help us!"

"Damn it. I finally was about to have a romantic night with Princess Mane and all of a sudden I get a message from a group of random strangers," Lin Fan activated the law of lightning and the law of fire as he slowly floated up into the air.

He looked over at Chen Long who was already floating in the air and heading towards him. He looked somewhat terrified, but had his sword drawn as he approached Lin Fan's side.

"I won't be of much use. You want me to come?"

"I'm not in the mood to worry about you. Why don't you stay with that new lovely girl you picked up for a few more hours. When you get back, how about we work on making you stronger."

"To think, you were weaker than me a month ago," Chen Long waved at Lin Fan as he stepped down on his foot and shot into the distance. He seemed to turn into a blur as his body rapidly dashed forward.

He'd begun to connect with the god origin sap in his body, and had even begun to sense its movements as he increased his speed. It took him just a moment to appear in front of the Vine Super Clan Sect Elders as hundreds of gods chased after them.

Lin Fan immediately sighed as he cracked his neck.

How the hell was he supposed to fight hundreds of gods by himself? He patted one of the elders on the back and pointed to the Fan Sect.

"Hurry, and get to the Sect. Have Mimi Fan turn on the barrier. We can only leave it on for a few more hours before your worst nightmare arrives."

"Thank you," The elder seemed to nearly burst into tears as he thought about how all his disciples were just slaughtered. "We-we have a special tome for you! We'll give it to you as thanks!"

"I don't need thanks," Lin Fan activated the law of light as the demi-gods in front of him slowed and observed him from a distance. "I need a hundred arms. Oh well, at least I finally get to see how strong I am."

Lin Fan activated [Light Scout] and created ten copies of himself as he sighed and looked over at the demi-god in the center of the group. He was a Dragon Kin with black eyes that were darker than the moonlight that wreaked with killing intent.

He pushed the rest of his troops back and walked over to Lin Fan with a storage ring in his hand. He smiled and walked over to Lin Fan and tossed it to him.

Lin Fan caught it and sighed as he looked down at the ring and raised his brow. What the hell was this for? Did he want to give him a gift before killing him?"

"That's enough treasure to escape the war and go to Sacred Light City and be happy for all eternity. Let us kill those men and we'll even spare the humans in the war and just hunt the elves."

"Are you kidding me? Do you want me to betray the one man who cared about me?"

"You-you're calling Han Zhou someone who cared about you." The dragon kin smiled and pointed at the ring. "That has a few sentient grade treasures in it. You can practically consider yourself in the highest echelon with the stuff in there."

"I don't need stuff, no thanks. I need you all to beg and plead for mercy before I kill every last one of you."

Lin Fan activated [Light Scout] again and created ten more light clones. He needed time to make more Light Scouts and was happy to take his time. The law of light was one of the more mysterious laws and required a certain knowledge of wavelengths to fully utilize it. Lin Fan was only able to bend so much light at a time with his elemental energy, and hence was seriously eager to wait.

The men realized this, but also didn't want to fight Lin Fan.

Even if they killed him, there was a chance a few of them would die. The trump cards of the Dragon Kin were called the trump cards for a reason.

"Nack Len, Van Len. Fight him. Distract him while we kill those bastards."

"You think any of you can escape?" Lin Fan activated the god origin sap one more time and this time his skin turned nearly completely gold. He was doing this to both intimidate and to show his abiltiies.

He really didn't want to fight so many people, and would probably have to escape after killing five of them. The amount of laws they knew were numerous, and if any were proficient in the law of time his [eternal heart clock] might eventually run out of steam.

The [eternal heart clock] could only pick up so many distortions in time at once, and if it didn't, that meant he wouldn't notice someone freezing time to attack him. That small instant would be enough for him to be killed, and it was also why he was prioritizing learning the law of time.

He ignored this and instantly burst forward and to one of the gods who was scrambling to the left. He felt like speed was his top strength since making it to one hundred bone augmentations.

He was fast.

He burst across the sky so quickly that it didn't seem like he moved. His light scouts also all charged forward and to the gods as they all began to activate their laws.

Lin Fan felt like a small fish jumping into a shark filled pond, but at least he was a fast fish. He slammed his hand into the chest of one dragon kin, and to his surprise completely burst through his back.

The dragon kin's blood and guts shot out of his body as Lin Fan looked down at a solidified layer of gold on his arm. It had just been an aura before, but now it looked like an actual plate had appeared on his skin.

He sighed and pulled his hands out of the demi-gods chest as hundreds of gods charged towards him.

"Wait, do you think I'm an idiot, and fight all of you at once?" Lin Fan smiled and flew straight up into the air as hundreds of hands tried to grab him from every angle.

A large bolt of lightning nearly skimmed his face as he appeared in the clouds.

He sighed and looked over at the Fan Sect Generator roaring as Mimi Fan waved.

"Well, this is going to suck," Lin Fan crossed his arms as two dozen demi-gods surrounded him on every side. "I kill one of you, and more chase after me? Are you asking to die?"

"You-you piece of shit! We could destroy you in five seconds if we activate a god tribulation! Now take the ring or we'll tear your world to pieces!"

"I'm sorry, but if you think I'm going to give up just because you threatened me, think again." Lin Fan pointed at the the leader of the Dragon Kin and activated the law of light. He rapidly increased his speed and appeared right in front of the gods chest as he used an ability called [Light Zone] to appear in front of him. "Once you're dead, the rest of these bastards will be more reasonable."
