"did you… you know like um tell anyone that uh…" why is he Stuttering, I didn't think he'd let go of his pride and ego just like that

"come on I'm serious I can't let my awesome image and cool personality be ridiculed by something so trivial" no I'm wrong actually his ego is intact that's for sure

"I'm not jobless and I don't have any one with brains to tell that" he sighed visibly before quickly regaining his composure all the while sending a minus two dollar smile to the girls passing by, well they didn't end up passing by after all since they dropped squealing where they stood

"in that case I don't really want to be seen with uh you know so uh.."

"yo Haruto you coming?" I quickly turned and walked away as he was now distracted enough for me to take my leave

"coming guys… so as, huh? Where did she go?" you're so slow to react though

"come on school's going begin pretty soon you know"

"but no girl leaves while I'm still talking" spare me.

I walked straight to my locker to get my school shoes before I headed to my first class, maths, maths isn't particularly a problem for me to be very honest I kind of enjoy it, sometimes, I just don't like the teacher she looks like she's miserable every single day I'm not exaggerating actually, I worry for her sometimes. I wasn't the first to get to my class but I was early, my seat isn't in the front but it's not in the back either it's pretty close to the back though I prefer to sit right next to the window because I can easily tune out the teacher if I want to also I need the fresh air, sometimes being in a class of twenty is a bit suffocating.

"silence everybody, silence I say silence!" see told she was quite miserable, nobody was actually talking when she came in

"so today we are going to do something i would definitely enjoy not so sure about you, today I'll leave you guys for the first couple of minutes to go through whatever you can then we are having a quiz or more like test" it's expected of the class to groan at this point but we were pretty used to it by now, it's Friday and I've had about two quizzes.

You'd think that for a class that takes quizzes almost a thousand times would be comprised of extremely smart people or nerds I guess, well think again in my class there are more than about a hundred or more but we don't have the same classes at the same time so this one quiz is going to go through a hundred plus students but out of the hundred we only have about twenty that actually get above eighty percent, I'm not in that twenty just so you know, school isn't something I find particularly important so I don't study before quizzes or tests or term exams.

"shut up" excuse me?

"but I didn't say anything" where is that coming from, I look around to see if anyone in class is talking, we've already started the quiz so no one should actually be speaking

"shhh we don't want anyone to hear us now do we?" no but someone happens to be hearing you, I listen a little more before finding that the sound is coming from outside, that doesn't make sense, my class is not on the ground floor, it's on the second floor I shouldn't hear anyone talking from downstairs and even if I should be able to no one is outside at the start of school

"sorry, what are we doing anyways?"

"trying to sneak into the tower"

"why?"

"we went over this before"

"we did?" this second person seems a bit like Lia or maybe even Kira

"we need to find out what Esmerelda is planning" Esmerelda?

"well you're just about to find out"

"oh no" is it over? That's was weird really, it's like what happened back at my house the other day, maybe this is a sign to tell someone?

"hey, psst, Silver, hey it's me, Lia" unfortunately I don't have anyone to tell

"is something wrong?" Mrs. Hwang asked I didn't reply and faced the quiz, it's not even that hard, I expected more since half my class was practically looking to the heavens for answers, told my class wasn't filled with the brightest set of people, I went on to answer the questions as quickly as I could because I couldn't wait to get away from the nightmares surrounding me let me explain. In my class I have Lia sitting behind me Haruto's best friend beside me, Kira to the right of me and some annoying kid who always cries in front of me, this is not the right living condition for any human being especially not for me and my mental health.

"Silver can't you hear me?" unfortunately yes I can hear you loud and clear, could my life be any sadder

Finally I finished my test and ran away from the craziness and the intense glare I was getting from Mrs Hwang. I went outside even though I wasn't supposed to be out I was curious as to where those sounds were coming from, I looked around for a while but found nothing, that was until something dropped on my head, it was some kind of key a very shiny one too
