I Want Her

Dan searched their Apples Pack Historical record and as Alpha Gregs was the current Alpha of Apples Pack, it was easy for Dan to saw Alpha Gregs family name and he clicked on it and he read thru their names.

"Alpha Gregs Peterson, No.

Lady Florence Peterson, No.

Amelia Peterson, No.

And Richard Peterson.."

Dan's brows knotted as he didn't saw any other child's name there after Richard, and he got confused about his decision about the blue eyes she-wolf to be Alpha Gregs daughter.

"Maybe she's just a maid" Dan muttered as he frowned still staring to the monitor screen. There was no records of the maids working in Alpha Gregs Castle online, and so, Dan frustratedly log out, and just then he heard the sound of his mother's car arrived and he stood up and waited for his laptop to switched off so he could kept it back and went out from his studying room to saw his mother.

Just as the sound of his car's engine switched off in the garage, Dan closed his laptop and kept it as he walked out from his studying room to welcome his mother seen the night had fallen, having spent so much time in his studying room above.

Dan had about three private rooms as their castle was very big, and so he used one as his private studying room, where he kept most of his office file and other books that he wanted to read alone whenever he was bored.

Dan immediately strode downstairs to meet his mother whom stepped in, and Lady Michelle wasn't still smiling even as Dan approached her.

"Welcome mother" Dan's handsome dark face tilted in a subtly smile and Lady Michelle sighed as she walked away, not wanting to stopped in the grand hall where they had some guest seat kept in case of any visitors that arrived to saw them, but Dan immediately followed her, while Mimi left to the kitchen to prepared her madam's dinner.

"Mom, are you still angry with me? How was your outing?" Dan asked her and Lady Michelle finally sighed and stopped, seeing Dan wanted to followed her into her room that was downstairs.

"It was fine Dan, can you let me to rest for tonight?" Lady Michelle asked as she finally raised her head up to meet her handsome tall son gazed on her.

"No mother" Dan replied, but he was still smiling while Lady Michelle sighed.

"Fine, what do you want from me Dan? Is already getting late and I need to retire back into my room to change my white garment into something more comfortable as am just coming from the holy ground where I went to pray" Lady Michelle stated, still not shifting her gaze away from Dan.

"Oh!" Dan muttered again as he had obviously forgotten it was Sunday and also there praying day.

"I thought you just went out to stared around town" Dan said as he was still smiling while Lady Michelle only sighed as she didn't wanted to spoked again.

"Fine mother, I will let you retire back to your room but you didn't even asked me, how was my outing nor my meeting with Alpha Gregs daughter ahead of the arranged marriage?" Dan pouted and Lady Michelle knew Dan didn't wanted her to entered back into her room. And as her feet were already tired, she replied, "Fine, let's go to the drawing room and discuss there."

Dan agreed and so he followed his mother and they both went to the drawing room and sat on an available couch there, while Lady Michelle immediately asked him, "So how was your outing and meeting with Alpha Gregs daughter?. Do you like her Dan?."

Lady Michelle stared to her only son's face as Dan sat beside her and she stared into his black eyes, seeing him smiling but he replied, "No."

"Why no?" Lady Michelle asked in surprised as she got confused and was expecting Dan to told her Yes.

"Mom, I want to ask, Do you know if Alpha Gregs has another daughter aside from Amelia?" Dan asked his mother instead, as he sat beside her, while Lady Michelle shook her head as she couldn't remember anyone of Alpha Gregs children.

"I don't know Dan. I hardly followed your father out to their packs meeting" Lady Michelle replied with a frowned and the drawing room turned silent while Dan sighed.

"But mom.. I saw someone, and I don't know if she's a maid, or probably another of Alpha Gregs daughter" Dan said, but his mother shook her head instead and asked him, "Why asking me of her Dan?. What happened to the lady you actually went to meet?. Didn't you meet with Alpha Gregs daughter?."

Lady Michelle saw Dan frowned as his eyes darkened and his face twisted in irritation.

"I did mother. But I don't want her, she's not my mate" Dan said, as he tried not to sounded too cold. As he actually missed his mother-son bond and he didn't wanted to upset his mother again, as he felt lonely not having anyone to talk too in their castle aside his assistant whom he only discussed business with.

"I don't understand Dan. But you're smiling just now and am here thinking that you already agree to marry this time and likely Alpha Gregs daughter" Lady Michelle stated.

"Am sorry mom, but.." Dan's words trialed.

"But what Dan?" Lady Michelle urges her son to speak.

"But mom, I saw someone at their back window, and her scent.." Dan sniffed, as his nose twitched while his mother continued to stared at him as she saw her son acting wierd like someone intoxicated with something sweet and alluring and Dan shut his eyes closed like he was trying to remember the scent, and he said with his eyes still closed, "I perceived her scent mother, and I want her, not Amelia.."

"What Dan?. How did you perceived her scent from the window?. Don't tell me you went climbing up to Alpha Gregs Peterson window to sneak peek on their maids?." Lady Michelle questioned.

"No mother" Dan smiled as he hadn't thought of such, but he wouldn't mind trying, as he needed to found out whom was the blue eyes she-wolf that he saw.

"Then how do you perceived her?. You cannot marry a maid Dan, Just know this" Lady Michelle said as her face turned serious.

Dan was her only son and she wouldn't just seat and watched Dan married a maid when there were topnotch rich beautiful she-wolves that her son would choose.

"Mom.." Dan tried to spoked, but Lady Michelle became uninterested in listening about the she-wolf Dan wanted to spoked about. And so, Lady Michelle raised her left hand up and signalled to Dan not to spoked about the she-wolf again.

"Don't Dan. Don't tell me about her. You're of high status and only one of high status that I will support you to marry. What will my family said, your father's? no Dan. Just forget about her. I know you're still trying to find a mate, but not a maid. Try to see if you can get along with Alpha Gregs daughter, what's her name again?" Lady Michelle asked, and Dan managed to replied, "Amelia.."

"Yes Dan. Amelia.. Try to see if you can get along with her and forget about whatever you perceived. Am tired for tonight. Let me go in and freshen up, so we can have dinner together" Lady Michelle smiled to Dan and Dan couldn't said anything again as he watched his mother exited the drawing room and he sighed and sat in silence for a while.

After a while of sitting, Dan finally stood up and exit the drawing room, not wanting got annoyed that his mother didn't even allowed him to describe the beauty that he saw, and so he went back upstairs to his bedroom to rest for the night, while he waited for the maid to called him when his mother was ready to had their dinner together.
