The man groan and open his eyes slowly, he still feeling some dizziness that made him close his eyes tightly and took a deep breath. when his dizziness fade away he opened his eyes again and what greet him was an empty huge room.

he looked around for some time but found nothing but an empty space. a white tile ground, a white four wall with no windows, a white ceiling with one light.

with no other choice the man sat on the ground since there's no chair or sofa around and look at the necklace his holding. he observe it for a while before rubbing it, since it turned red because of the blood it sucked.

after rubbing it clean, a mist came out from the pendant along with the old man who died years and years ago making the man confused.

" finally I succeed!"

the old man said after the mist disappeared, then look at the man who's sitting on the ground.

"hey there young lad! I leave everything in your hands now I hope you won't disappoint me, oh before I leave for an eternal rest here's a tip for you! follow the instructions but don't make a hastily judgement. I don't want you to repeat my mistake~"

the old man said in a hurry before his soul disappeared without any trace of dust left behind.

the man frown in confused and look around cautiously.

"hello? "

he said with a doubt, for so many years finally something changed from his daily routine but this changes is too sudden that he was a bit doubtful for what's happening.

suddenly a transparent screen appeared in front of him, it's floating at his chest level with a tint of black. the sudden appearance of this screen startled him but his calmness is in different level that you can't find any trace of emotional disturbance.

The man read the words that are constantly appearing and disappearing on the screen as well he noticed a green laser light scanning his whole body, he frowned in discomfort but the next second he forgot that discomfort as his attention was caught by the next line that appeard on the screen.

"HARTZELL G? "

he mumbled with doubt, he indeed forgot his name but he also knows that this is not his name because he is a half Chinese and half Filipino. And this name sound like a Britain's name.

there's only two possibilities, first is this is that old man's name and second is, this is a random name given by this screen.

"I don't really care and since I forgot my name let's as well used this name for the time being."

while reading it, hartzell frowned in anger as well as his curiosity rise. he was glad that something change after so many years but what does it mean by crossed over? he have this feeling of familiarity and disdain at the same time his curiosity creep out from his heart and mind.

he tap the screen again and this time his anger rose up to another level but he can still control his own emotion enough to stay calm, the screen actually didn't give him a choice or even giving a short warning, it directly proceed to the next step without giving him any time to ready.
