Chapter eight. 8

Few minutes later they saw Zara coming with another woman behind her. 

Yahya was surprised to see her with that woman. 

Who will this woman be? And she seems to be in her late thirty or maybe more than. But why is she not wearing a Niqab? Or is she not married yet? But even if she is not married yet, she is supposed to wear a Niqab to make her Deen(religion) complete. But she looks beautiful and even taller than my wife. No, let me stop ascribing her to my wife. I'm exceeding Allah's boundaries. "Yahya thought". 

The came closer to the door. Zara opened the door for her instead of her to.

Salamu Alaikum. "I greeted them". 

Wa'alaikum salam warahmatullah wabarkatu. "They both responded".

You are  cordially welcome sisters. "Yahya  said."

Thank you. This is my friend, Ridaya. It was this morning that she came and met me in the house. But as I was coming I cannot leave her alone in the house. I asked her whether she would decide to follow me to the hospital or not? But she agreed to follow me. "I said".

'I could see how my husband was staring at her in an attractive manner.'

Ridaya, this is my husband and his friend Abdul-rauf. You can greet them. "I said".

Salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh (may peace and blessing of Allah be upon you). " I could see shyness on her face".

Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh (and may peace and blessings of Allah be upon you). "Both of them responded".

That's great but there's no time for us to stand here to  introduce ourselves. But we thank Allah for your coming. We were already waiting for you to come. Now, kamaria has been delivered, and the doctor said she needs blood in other to gain consciousness. As for now we have done our blood test but none of us has qualified. That's why we waited for you to come, so that they can be able to test your blood to see whether you can be able to qualify for the test or not. Look, the doctor is coming so don't hasten for anything, wait for him to come so that he will take your blood for a test. "Yahya said".

Abdul-Rauf, now what is your plan all the way? "The doctor asked".

My friend's wife is also here to contribute to the blood test to see whether she will be able to qualify or not. "Abdul-Rauf said."

Wow! That's great but who is this woman I hope she is also there to contribute to it? "Doctor referring to Ridaya".

She's my friend, her name is Ridaya. But I hope she may help. Let me ask her whether she will contribute or not. Sister Ridaya will you also contribute to the blood donation or not? "I asked".

Oh yeah I will do that. Why wouldn't I also contribute? I will donate. "Ridaya said." 

'I could see the smile on her face, showing that she was ready for the help.'

Okay for us not to waste time. Let's being in hurry so that we will take your blood for the test. "The doctor said".

'We followed him to the ward he let me sit down on the chair behind him leaving Ridaya outside the curtain. He took a string, stabbed it on my pointed finger and pressed it as little blood coming out he took a glass rod and collected them and add some chemicals in it and place it separately.'

I am done with you. You can now go and call your friend to come in. "The doctor said".

Okay "I responded". 'I walked to Ridaya and met her sitting on the chair'.

Ridaya, it is your turn. "I said".

Okay. But hope it is not painful? "She asked whilst smiling".

Oh no it's not painful but just a little bit painful as he stabbed it on your finger. "I said that in other to calm her down." 

She went inside, after some few minutes later, she was coming while looking at her pointed finger. She came closer to Zara.

Are you done? "I asked".

Yes I am done but it was not as painful as I thought. "She said while crossing her hands over her chest."

Okay that's great to hear, but we pray to Allah, to make our test possible for her.

Let's go to where my husband's are. "I said with a suggestion."

'They all matched towards where Yahya and Abdul Rauf were sitting. They saw them sitting on the wheelchair chatting.' 

Salamu Alaikum (peace be upon you). "I interrupted them with Salam'. 

Walaikum Salam." they responded". 

Oh are you people done? But what was the conclusion of your test? "Abdul Rauf asked eagerly."

He hasn't yet done with the test he's still in process. But he said we should come, he will be done just with the twinkle of an eye as soon as. 'I said words that will not let them panic'. 

Oh Alan remove us from this calamity and bestowed us your mercy for you are the ever possible of making things which we cannot make. "my husband prayed with a sympathetic voice". 

But sorry to ask you people this question . Has she delivered a male or female? 'I asked them' 

She has given birth to a male. 'My husband responded. 

Congratulations on hearing that… See! The doctor is coming, being in a position for him. ' I said with an order of attention.'

They did as I said. I could see my husband's face was as serious as he was going to catch a ball, as a goalkeeper. He walked down the stairs towards us.' 

Hello, actually one of them has been qualified for that.. 'he looked inside the paper' and the name is Ri.. ha..da…oh sorry it's Ridaya right? "the doctor said." 

Yes, that's the name Ridaya. I answered him. 

Okay for us not to make a stay,  let's go so that we will do that in a hurry. 'The doctor said with a hurried voice that it could be realized on his face'. 

Let's go, Ridaya. 'the doctor said'. 

Please can I also follow you people? ' I asked while waiting for his response.' 

Oh you can come along, there's no doubt about that. 'the doctor answered me affirmatively.' 

They left behind Yahaya and his friend Abdul Rauf.

Two days after the delivery and the transfusion of the blood. 

By Allah's will, they were able to give her the blood donation. The have admitted them in the hospital so that she can be able to get better treatment unlike in the house. 

It was early morning, Kamaria was sitting on the bed watching the baby very calmly while Zara was sitting on a chair next to kamaria, holding a newspaper whilst reading it. 

There was a person opening the door of the ward.The person enterd and that was the doctor. 

Zara quickly dropped the newspaper on a table which was leftward on her hand. She got up and stood. 

Hello good morning. How are you doing today sister? And how's the baby? I hope he's getting well breastfeed's right? 

We'll fine doctor and and the baby too is fine. 'I said instead of my friend to answer the question.'

Well that's great, yesterday's evening, before I left I check your condition and I could see that you were getting better. By God's great we will discharge you this afternoon after your second medical take up. So don't be worried of your stay here sister.  'kamaria was smiling at the baby.' 

But hope the pain of your abdomen has reduced right? 'Doctor asked kamaria'

I'm not feeling the pain, it's now better. It seems the wounds are healing. 'Kamaria said'. 

Then that's great the anti Amoxacilline is really working. But have you taken your breakfast, so that I will give you the medicine? "the doctor asked kamaria". 

Yes I just finished taking it some minutes ago before you just entered. It was my friend Zara who prepared it for me. "Kamaria answered him affirmatively. "

The doctor removed two pills from a small box and gave it to Kamaria. He then added one syrup of tea spoon and she took them. 

Now I am going to the next patient, and 30 minutes later, I will come and discharge you people by God's grace. I wish you a speedy recovery… an..d don't forget to breastfeed the child. Make sure that he always gets satisfied. "the doctor said while leaving". 

Okay she will do that. Am very happy for them discharging you. Because we have been here for many days and for me, sometimes I do get suffocated for being here. Look, he's trying to open his eyes. 'Is he not asleep?. I asked kamaria.' 

He's sleeping oo… I think he wants milk but don't worry he has drunk it enough. Let's Wait a little while. "kamaria said". 

There was someone opening the door without not doing Taslim. 

The person's footsteps resemble a woman's walks. 

She entered inside with the face covered with Niqab. 

Zara realized it was her friend, Ridaya  ran and hugged her. 

Yahya and Abdul Rauf too were following her. 

Zara hugged Yahya and kissed his forehead. 

Salamu Alaikum. How are you people doing?. "Abdul Rauf greeted them". 

Walaikum Salam. We are fine and it seems to be better for today. "Zara responded to the greetings. Ridaya went and sat beside kamaria whilst stroking her hands at the back of the child Abdul Rauf went and stood in front of kamaria and held her hand. But Yahya and his wife were still at the door of the room chatting". 

How is your body condition now? "Abdul Rauf asked Kamaria". 

Oh Alhamdulillah for today. Even the doctor said he will discharge us this morning..and.."Abdul Rauf interrupted her talk".

Discharge you people? Am very happy to hear it. Because I'm tired of staying here ever since.."Yahya turned his face towards Abdul Rauf and his wife". 

 Sister kamaria I heard you saying something, Is it true? "instead of kamaria to talk Zara interrupted her." 

Yes it's true the doctor just left as you people were entering. I was even thinking you people will meet him on the way. He said, by thirty minutes later he will be there to discharge her. "Abdul Rauf laughed as if it was a great deal because he was happy to hear that." 

Okay let me start to park our stuff before he comes because I know he will be here very soon. "Ridaya said in a low tone. Zara left away from her husband and went to Kamaria and sat down. Yahya was standing quietly without not saying a word while staring at Ridaya.". 

Yahaya pov. **truly I really need to marry this girl as my wife suggested to me. Look at the way she dressed islamically, and everything in her seemed to be nice and accurately peek. 

I have to tell my wife to talk to her. 

As my wife really wants me to marry another woman. 

Oh Allah forgive me of any negative thoughts I made in my mind…***

Why are you quite like that my friend? "Abdul Rauf dissort his thinking." 

Oh bro it's nothing I just implement something in my mind. "Yahya said while walking towards his friend Abdul Rauf.. There was a knock at the door" 

Hello.. "the doctor entered". Good morning my friends.. "he shook hands with them and went to Kamaria." Mrs Rauf you highly to be discharged now. Rauf? "he answered. I think your wife has already told you, you will be discharging now. "he nodded his head. Okay that's great, but this is the hospital bill and because her health insurance is still active, her bill is not as you expected. 

Collect this card and go to the cash point and pay the bill so that I will prescribe the necessary medicine for her so that you can leave to the house in peace.

Yahya and Abdul Rauf came out first following Zara holding the baby in her arms while glancing through his face. 

Kamaria was also walking left behind Zara while holding a polythene bag in her right hand. 

Kamaria saw a happy smile on her husband's face as she was able to deliver successfully. 

He's smiling at me. He looks very handsome and very glamorous. 'I mermerd at Kamara.' 

They all walked to the entrance of the hospital, Abdul Rauf let Zara and Ridaya followed by Kamaria  in a car along with the child. 

They headed to the house. Within 15 to 30 minutes they arrived home safely. 

They all entered the house, when Abdul Rauf's saw them coming, he rushed toward them and hugged his son.

Masha Allah son, you have completed part of your sunnah. I wish your mom should still be alive to see this blissful day of our joy. "Abdul Rauf's father speaks while referring to his son." 

Have they arranged the room Dad? " Abdul Rauf asked". 

Oh yeah. I told your sister to do it immediately when you people left for the hospital. "Abdul Rauf's father spoked". 

Sister Zara you can go inside so that we'll call Yahya's mother to come and have the baby a bath. "Abdul Rauf spoked". 

Okay sister Kamaria let's go inside. Ah ha, Ridaya took the polythene bag with the clothes and let's enter along with them. 'I said instructing my friend as if I was given her orders from an authority.' 

I hold the baby in my two arms as if I am holding an egg. We all went inside, I laid the child wrapped with cloth on the mini bed.'

Ridaya can you fetch water for Kamaria so that she will have a shower? 'I asked my friend'. 

Oh okay, no problem with that. ' she got up quickly as if she was waiting to do so for her'
