Wait...are those cat ears?

Making his way to Cipher, Tank could see that Cipher seemed to be lost in deep thought, he looked like a philosopher staring into the sky as if to contemplate the direction the clouds may take. Watching as Cipher continued to stare off into the clouds, Tank decided the best course of action was to clear his throat...loudly. Tank ~ Cipher...uh...you ok?

Cipher having just realized Tank was now present, gave a nod. Cipher ~ Yes I am fine just thinking through some things, actually I had a question for you. Does Future City have anything like hoverboards? I always thought it would be cool to have one when I was growing up? Tank taking a moment to think realized what Cipher was talking about and started laughing loudly. Tank ~ Yes yes we have them. I personally haven't ridden one in years, but I know of a shop that makes them. I will take you and let the shop owners know what you did for the city. They may just give you one for all the work you did to help the city.

Cipher ~ I appreciate it, though I can't say I did much. Getting rid of Nightmares is a part of the Knights of Light job description. I just wish I had gotten here sooner maybe then I could have prevented more deaths. Giving a sigh Tank shook his head, Tank ~ You shouldn't allow yourself to think like that. You saved many people today, you kept the Nightmare from escaping the building and got rid of it altogether. It might be a part of the Knights of Light job description, but what you did and do is still appreciated. Almost everyone that you meet will want to show you their gratitude for the work you do, as long as you don't let it go to your head you will be fine.

Tank turned and looked back at the camp and then to the building, after which we slowly turned back to face Cipher. Tank ~ You should know, I got a report back from the investigation squad that went in after you killed the Nightmare. What they found was a scientist had been running tests trying to find ways to fight and kill Nightmare without the need for a Knight of Light. Cipher was a little puzzled he hadn't thought about it before, but why couldn't normal citizens kill Nightmares or other creatures? Tank noticing Ciphers puzzled look figured out what he was probably thinking.

Tank ~ We have tried to kill Nightmares, but the most anyone has ever been able to do is divert them or momentarily disable them. Even if we do find a way to kill them, somehow they end up coming back. This situation (turning and throwing his hands open wide) that you helped us out of was actually caused by a scientist trying to figure out a way to kill Nightmares without the Knights of Light's power. Lowering his hands and giving a great sigh, Tank started rubbing the back of his head as he leaned back. Tank ~ I can't speak for everyone, but think many of us have accepted the fact that Knights of Light are the only ones able to completely kill Nightmares. Unfortunately, some individuals feel the need to take matters into their own hands and can't trust the Goddess of the Void and her disciples...that would be you by the way.

Cipher couldn't help but let out a laugh, Cipher ~ yeah, yeah I figured. As CIpher finished his sentence yelling could be heard in the distance, as Tank and Cipher listened closely they could both hear someone yelling for Tank. Tank ~ Looks like they need me back at camp. How about you follow me back, I will have one for the "Tech Boys" set you up with an 'MCD'. Cipher followed Tank back to camp, he didn't know exactly what an 'MCD' was, but he assumed it might be a communication device of some sort. {DEM~ MCD stands for Magical Communications Device, it is a tool used to communicate with others.} {Cipher ~ Is it comparable to Earth's cellphones?} {Dem~ Yes, looking through your memories, the 'MCD' would be comparable to a cellphone in function.}

After getting back to the medical camp Tank took Cipher to the "Tech Boys", after informing them of what he needed and making sure they put his information into the MCD for Cipher, he rushed out yelling "I will meet up with you later after everything calms down!" The "Tech Boys" didn't take long to set everything up. They explained to Cipher how the MCD worked and the different apps, and then provided some choice locations for him to check out. Once they finished up Cipher said his thanks set off to explore the city.

Cipher hadn't noticed before while running to "New Life Laboratories," but while the city had many futuristic-looking buildings, there were natural elements that were blended into the city as well. As Cipher made his way further from the Medical Camp and "New Life Laboratories" he noticed more and more people enter the streets. At ground level, you hand people walking next to hover vehicles moving extremely fast, separated only by a thin yellow and green line that ran the length of the walkway. Then as you looked up you had the flying vehicles moving through the sky like planes on Earth. Cipher could help but think back to all the science fiction movies he saw on Earth, it was amazing, beautiful, elegant, and organized. Everything seemed to have a purpose and no matter how hard Cipher looked he could find even the smallest piece of trash on the ground. As he walked Cipher passed by clothing stores that were selling vibrant clothes, restaurants with amazing smelling food, and...{Cipher ~ Did that person have cat ears and a tail? No way, I didn't realize it before, but there are people here that have features of animals found on that Earth.} {Dem~ They are called "Kemon"}
