Linda then smirked at her friend and took out a pen from a small bag and showed it to Sheryl. "Is this the pen, that you are talking about?"
Smith and Austin gaped at the pen in horror.
"Damn!!!" Austin clenched his fist, looking angrily at Linda.
Linda then turned to at the magistrate. "Your honour, I would like to connect this pen with the speaker, for you and everybody to hear the most recent recording in it!"
"Permission granted!"
Linda then turned her head and connected the pen with a speaker via blutooth. She then played the speaker. Suddenly a few voices filled up the entire room, which was very clear....

Well, that was our second night in Maldives. Our first night was good but then on the second night we were highly drunk. I was actually more drunk than her. We had come back from the party, and I was super excited but my wife Elly was very tired. She wanted to go off to sleep but I wanted to have sex with her. She refused to remove her clothes and I got angry at her and kicked her. She got terribly scared of me and complaint to the hotel manager though the hotel phone. I tried to snatch away the phone from her and in process hit her few more times. The hotel manager came rushing and resued her. She took the next flight back and the very next day, filed a domestic violence case against me.
