The Pandora Experiment (Moved To A New Link)

Deloraine, Manitoba is a small town of around 800 people but it's not boring, not by any means. Mostly everybody here has a strange job not suited for a small town, like some prestigious lawyers, scientific researchers, military and government contractors as well as quantum physicists. One day an offshore drilling unit owned by the military and government contractors melts down causing a major earthquake and blackout. Once the dust settles, every adult in the town aged 26 and older disappeared, leaving only the children and young adults. What happened to everybody else? Is there a way to get back to their parents? What kind of mysteries will be uncovered? Join Jocelyn, Christopher, Richard, Chantel, Jasmine, and others as they figure out the mysteries of the town they live in, and what happened to the adults in their town and try to find a way to get back to the way things were... If it's even possible.

Prologue

Deloraine seemed a normal enough town, with two school's one teaching those from Kindergarten to grade 8 and the other teaching high school grades 9-12, a state-of-the-art scientific research facility that also doubled as a university, two military bases, an Offshore Drilling Unit, underground gold mine, and all the other regular necessities needed in a small town.

A lot of the population has lived in this town since it was founded way back in the 1920s, so the roots and foundation of this town are very old. Those who have not grown up here or have any type of special skill to help add to the betterment of the town, find it very difficult to live here, and for good reason, you can only survive in this town if you are invited, and even then, that's not an invitation many people see. Anyone who is anyone in the world of science and scientific theory knows of this town and wants to get their hands on the things that they are working on in their labs, but very few are ever given the opportunity.

My dad is one of those few, but it's the Harrison Company that is the lucky one. My dad is known as an expert in interdimensional space travel, making him extremely valuable and sought after in terms of employment, it was only a matter of time before they called him up and asked him to join their scientific research team.

That was 5 years ago. This is now.
