Chapter 32: Risk for Reward
The night of the meet up was not too long after Stephen had made the phone call. Travis had messaged him and asked for it to occur late at night amongst one of the many parks within Manhattan. He made sure to have it be around midnight on the week's Friday night. Stephen agreed to this meet up. However, he felt very uncomfortable in questioning both how his emotions would be around Travis and his safety for the night.
The lights within the park were still on when Stephen arrived. Travis did not state where exactly he'd be within it for the meet up. He could not be found. Stephen continued his search as the locals and tourists made their exit. He thought that his half-brother was a no show until the terrible man flung in and surprised him.
