No one remembers a time when there was no Emperor. And therefore no one remembers a time before the Palace was built. Some historians even go ahead to speculate that the Capital was a city long before an Emperor was installed in the land, and that Lia-Kohza harnessers must have worked a harnessing to implant a full-fledged palace at the very heart of the city using Kohze` arts that have been lost over the preceding generations. Theories abounded to the Origin and History of the Il-Eleyhan Empire but none quite matched some of the discrepancies that could be seen and experienced among the people of the Empire.
