Choice That We Didn't have (Edited)

(Erik POV)

I just finished telling my story to Juliette about the death of my first love and the change of my siblings and I. How me and Klaus were cursed again by those we called parents for 19 years. And how Klaus killed our mother and blamed our father. Saving my half-sister from that very same man and turning her with the last of what created us as we are and from all of that I saw her every reaction.

Her horror at my suffering, her look of slight pain when I mentioned my first love, and the happiness that was seen like a mirror when talking about our life before the death of Henrik.

She heard it all in such detail that it was like I was painting a picture in her mind of my life. Before we knew it hours flew by, and we were standing in silence. She quickly moved towards me and slammed her lips against mine  I kissed her back deeply lifting her and speeding her to the wall. Pressing her against it roughly, but not painfully, and breaking the kiss I say.

"Are you sure you want this? I don't share and there's no going back, my princess."

Instead of answering me, she kissed me again. Then whispered into my ear.

"Take me to my room, my wolf King."

And I do speeding out of the room in a blur leaving the poor compelled servant in a daze until anyone finds her.

(The next day)

I awaken laying in a comfy bed that makes me miss my old life's beds, just a little less. And then I remember last night and looking down at Juliette sleeping on my chest. I just look at her and begin thinking about if I could love her as much as I loved Tatia and what would happen if somehow Tatia does have a next life and I find her. Then I began to think about what happened after my family found Elijah and I that night. What happened afterward, feeling a sharp pain in my soul, like my wolf was howling for me to save it.

I know from my past life that it wasn't till the Mikaelson family found Katherine, or Katrina as she originally goes by, that they had a chance to break it, but there has to be a way to break it without the need for a Doppelganger.

Breaking from my thoughts by the stirring of Juliette on my chest as she wakes up and feels where she was and just by seeing her neck, I can tell she is blushing up a storm.

"Morning my princess. Sleep well? It sounded like it with the snoring."

She snorted and said.

"I don't snore... but good morning my love. Are you feeling better than yesterday?"

I nod and tell her all I was thinking about when she says.

"Why not just siphon it out?... I mean you are a, what did you call yourself? A defunct tribrid? You can use your ability to siphon the curse from your body. Or at least I think you can."

My eyes widened and I realized the danger and simplicity of what she said. Not even thinking about it was just so simple. Just so dangerous, that it was immediately dismissed before even thinking about it. With me being an original, the only thing that can truly kill me is white oak. I spin us to where I am on top of her, with her legs wrapped around me, and say

"You love, have a mind that can see what others cannot."

Kissing down her neck while she giggles and says.

"Not really my love, it was easy but with everything that happened to you. It is understandable, that you didn't think about it in the light of your other abilities."

I kissed her deeply and we picked up on our actions from last night for the next few hours.

Later I was rushing through the halls, carrying Juliette on my back as she laughed. And caught sight of 3 of my siblings. Rebekah, Lilly, and Kol. I stop in front of them and quickly say.

"Siblings I need your help as soon as you can. Rebekah, can you inform Nik? Kol can you let Finn know? Lilly might as well as tell your boy toy too. I have an idea on how to remove the curse from Klaus and I, but I don't know if it will work. Meet me tonight in the gardens where I will test it out."

Lilly and Rebekah just look at me like I'm a fool and Rebekah says.

"And what is your bloody brilliant idea, brother of ours?"

Lilly agreed with her nodding and then saying.

"I agree Erik isn't this curse attached to your soul? Deeply enough to split you from your wolf."

Kol had a gleam in his eye before he said.

"You're going to try to siphon the curse out of your very soul and body aren't you brother?"

I look at him and smile saying

"Yes, I am. I honestly can't say I am the one to come up with the idea. That honor goes to my princess here."

Raising Juliette slightly on my back all three look at her like they didn't see her before.

"She knows."

Rebekah said in a serious voice Kol, smiles and says.

"I never thought you would 'break our most important rule' brother."

Doing the best impersonation of Elijah, which makes me smile and laugh loudly before Lilly hits us both in the arms.

"Well, siblings I was... Feeding after spending the day with my princess and....."

I told them about how she caught me feeding and the conversation this morning. Before long Juliette and I were back in her room waiting for tonight and she looked at me and said.

"I wish I could stay with you forever my love. I never thought I would feel this way. In such a short time no less. But you make me feel alive."

I look at her seriously, as I say.

"And if there was, would you become like my family and I? To forever walk this Earth, kill and be hunted for centuries."

"I would, my love. If it means I have you forever I would become like you."

With that, I kiss her then make a cut across my palm and say.

"Then love I give you the choice that we never had."

Without hesitation, she drinks in my blood, and I look at her and say.

"I'll see you soon love."

And I snapped her neck laying her down calling and compelling a servant to wait for Juliette to awaken and let her feed and then going to see my siblings to try and break Esther's curse.
