Chapter 28
Ok if you said that we were going to meet a deputy prime minister, I would easily envision a regal-looking guy wearing the most pristine suit possible with an aura that just commands authority by just being in the room. Instead, we were face to face with the exact opposite. There sprawled on top of his desk was the deputy prime minister drunk out of his mind; tie gone, suit beyond repair, and not to mention there's a huge stain forming on his dress shirt. He looks more like a drunken bastard rather than a noble with power to his name.
To be honest, I was expecting this grand showdown but now it's just sad.
"This is the final boss?!" I could hear blue exclaim on the intercoms "What a letdown, all those 5-star items wasted."
His tone of disappointment made me snicker which earned a few confused stares at the squad.
"Should we wake him?"
A sharp kick to the mahogany did the job, the drunk deputy was startled awake on his spot
