"That certainly was a problem," Altair mumbled with his arms wrapped around me as we both sat down in a bed covered with pillows while I rested against his back.
"Certainly." I chuckled remembering what happened only a couple of hours ago. I figured that it was about time that I told him that I am about to leave soon. No one took it well.
Except Altair but then again, it is not like I am leaving them to be with him. Now I cannot say that I am being with him because of my own intentions or because I feel like I HAVE to. I am still working through that.
In this lifetime, I suppose I do not really hate the idea of being around him for the rest of it. I don't know about my next one but this one … that much I know.
"He took it quite well." Altair chuckled, shaking his head before resting on my shoulder.
"I was surprised too," I said shrugging. "I thought he would be much more against this but … turns out that I am quite wrong."
