Confusion

I was overthinking during the next days and my dreams were persisting too much.

I decided not to make another decision, but every day I was feeling weaker than the day before.

Estella realized there were more bruises in my body "Since when you get bruises? Are you feeling well?"

"I feel good, but for some reason, my body is getting weaker."

I had fun with her because even if I was weaker I was able to be softer with her and she loved it. We had fun and a lot of sex, just like sometimes she just asked me to have sex with her in my male form, and for some reason, she loved it, but still loving my female form even more.

My dreams started persisting more and asked me for an answer if I would give up on my powers or I would just release myself from every attachment, I was really confused.

A month after I realized Estella was getting sick, so I took her to the doctor just to figured out she was pregnant, I got confused and I just called Fred "Is it possible?"

"You are still half-breed, you are just slowly losing your powers, but since you have sex with her in both forms it is not impossible for you to put your own seed" He smiled.

"I did not think that would be possible" I put my hand in my head.

"You are gonna be the father, that is a surprise haha... but also you gotta decide what is gonna happen because they want you to choose your powers over your new family. Just think about what could happen if you are not able to protect them and let me know" Fred just walked away.

Even if it was a hard decision, Fred was right since my only wish was to protect Estella, and now that she is pregnant everything could change. I thought that maybe I could live my life just putting my effort and still have many friends that could give everything to protect me and Estella.

I talked again to Fred and said that I would want my future in a peaceful way, and so I would take a different decision that anyone would expect.

When I came back I thought to start my training the next day, so I could get some strength. I felt amazing when Estella was there just smiling at me and said "We're gonna be moms." so she hugged me.

The time was going as I expected it since there were no humans at all and everyone was supporting each other. Our baby was born 8 months later, it was a girl and we named her Greta.

Her hair was not white, but more platinum with blue sparkles or at least in my eyes because Estella said it looked like my hair. When Greta was six-months-old I realized she had some skills, some powers like me, but she was a newborn and born with them. I called Fred "I need you to tell me about this."

Fred smiled "They only limited your powers because you decided to protect your family, but you are living like a human. In the future, Greta is gonna have to take the same decision as you did, after all, you revived this power." He just disappeared right after.

I did not know what to feel about it.

A month after Greta was flying and Estella was confused "How is it possible?!?"

"I am sorry, she got that from me" I smiled.

She was sort of annoyed but just took Greta with her.

The time passed around and Greta was still a baby, but I was not scared.

During a full moon, an intruder got into the palace and took Greta with him, the servants realized and tried to chase after this person, everyone was asleep and nobody did nothing to save her until Nick stopped the person and took Greta with him "I am sorry, this is my princess and I know Mileena would kill me if I do not stop you, after all, I am the guardian of the forest around this kingdom" Nick smiled "Can you please tell me why did you want the baby for?" but the person did not reply and spit on Nick in the face, so Nick broke his neck "I will figure it out later."

When Nick gave to us Greta added "I know it was a hard decision for you, but you gotta be careful and I know it is harder because you are a regular human, but you better consider what kind of baby you got and what could happen to her. You should not be scared of humans, but there are a whole different species out there waiting for something."

I thought everything would be fine if I just secured everything around the kingdom, but I was wrong.

I whole different species of magicians appeared to attacked us and tried to take Greta with them "I know, it is sad to think that you protect us." I was confused because even if they looked human, they were not "I know I look human but I am an elf, we are not humans." He smiled "Greta is a big piece for us to use her in sacrifice, so we can claim her powers for our tribe, "

"Do not forget that I decided to only kill humans and not any other species."

"That is why I am gonna let you alive because you gave us this opportunity."

I felt so blind and I was not able to do anything, they took Greta and killed Nick, Owin disappeared and anyone wanted to help, I was not in a circumstance to try to attack them, but I was afraid they would do something to Estella "Then walk away."

They did, they took our daughter but let us alive. Estella was upset with everything and surely entirely mad at me "Why you let them do that?!? They took our daughter!!!"

"I know, I know but I am not able to do something. Everything happened because I gave up my powers to have a real family."

"You should not do that, that is why our baby is out there with a bunch of assholes and you got no more friends to help you!! You should just go, I only got you but I am heartbroken for what happened to our baby."

I was understanding everything she said because that usually happens when a mom loses her baby and I could felt the pain too, but she forgot that I am both mom and dad.

I talked to Fred "I have to tell you that I want my powers back and in exchange, I will let them go. Once Greta is safe I will let them live their lives and I will not see them ever again."

"Uhm... Are you sure? I could just help you rescue her.."

"I do not want to, I want to do everything on my own Fred! This is my own fault and I do not want to depend on your help!"

Leviathan interrupted "I guess we got no option than accept your request" He disappeared "We have been waiting for you to say something for a long time, but we knew this would gonna happen someday and I am glad it is now."

"I guess we are gonna have to wait three days until everything happens, I mean, it is really hard to get back your powers and if we just give it to you, maybe you could die" Fred explained.

"I want to do it now!"

"This history is going pretty fast, even for you. The collapse between times could do damage to everyone. We better wait" Leviathan smiled "We better go to sleep because there is gonna be a lot of training starting tomorrow. Also, do not worry since tomorrow you could be able to talk again with the birds."

"I guess we are better going to somewhere else since Estella is hating right now" I added.

"I got a place, do not worry too much" Fred smiled.

We decided to hide into the same mountain I hide a long time ago and Remy was there with his girl "What are you doing here?"

"We just here to train for a bit, do not worry." Fred smiled.

"Is everything fine?" He asked.

"None of your business" Leviathan just shouted, "Go with your insignificant girl and let us be here or I will have to claim this mountain and just kick your ass out."

We were surprised and got no idea why Leviathan was being so rude "Leviathan.." I tried to talk.

"Do not say anything else, just walk to the other side of the mountain, and tomorrow you will climb until to are able to touch the top of it," Leviathan said.

"That would be too much for her" Remy interrupted.

"Does that matter to you? You better not to say anything else or I will tell her everything I know, asshole."

We just kept walking and left them alone. I did not understand and also I did not wanna ask anything that could be really personal or really bad.

We lied down to sleep, so we could start the training the next day.

When we woke up Leviathan gave me a box and said "There are cookies inside of this box, you should eat them, before to start your training."

I eat them and I was thinking about the issue of yesterday and I could not explain to myself what happened. I decided to ask later about it.

"There are a thousand miles from here, maybe less or maybe more. You should go to the top and find whatever you need, I will be here waiting for you."

I start climbing and after a couple of minutes it started to be painful and pretty cold "You are gonna bleed out, so you should without dying. Therefore, if you die that is gonna be all and everyone you love is gonna die starting with Greta" I was so into it and I decided to not give up because if it was hard, I was thinking in all the small things that I had and how important are they for me.

I was climbing and suddenly I slipped, I was about to fall but something inside said "You are still the same, do not forget who you are, " I started thinking and how mad I was and how much I wanted my baby back, so I found a way and hold on a rock "I will not die or start over again, I am here now, I had run away from everything and now I wanna confront all that is in front of me!!!" so I started climbing "I am the same Mileena, I am the same half-breed" I felt my skin getting warmer and stopped feeling cold, suddenly I stop the thinking and just start to put all my effort, my hands and finger started to bleed and I could not feel the pain anymore, every time I felt it was harder to breathe, but I was able to see the top of the mountain, something was going wrong, the more tired I was getting I stopped to feel the oxygen in my lungs.

I was fading away until I just decided to filter more oxygen into my lungs, no idea how I did it until I reached the top and think about it, but got distracted by the big paradise hidden in the top.

It was fully alive and I felt that everything in my life was a lie, I felt sorry about all my life even if it was worth, I felt that I was hidden from the real world, just like Estella crying in that room and doing nothing at all, but I decided to give it all for both of them. Leviathan came to me "Wow... you did it really good. Tomorrow we are gonna start with climbing something in here, so come and we are gonna be training here."
