"Well, what did he want to talk to you about?" Lewis asked coming back into the room. Regis had left about ten minutes ago and Dassen looked up at Lewis. He held out the screen.
"What's this?"
"What he wanted to talk about. I want you to have that area looked over by an outside source. Just the area that overlaps with the two areas in question. Everything done on it, from the species of tree to the type of bedrock down below. I have a feeling I've missed something in that area. Gaberpin already has one mining area, I'm not looking for another."
"Okay, I know just who to call. Probably won't be cheap."
"I'm not worried about it." Dassen said and told Lewis just what Regis had said. Lewis looked at him.
"He wants to add more to his tab? Is he crazy? He should worry about what he has to pay now, not later. I'm sure Adeline wasn't happy about it, if he really did tell her."
