Snatching Food!
Returning back to Mu Di Bai's house with the two take out cases full of food, Di Tou's heart was full of anticipation. Although he had managed to calm himself down several times throughout the past week, reassuring himself that things were a matter of course and sooner or later this day would come, now that it had finally arrived, he couldn't say that he wasn't surprised.
Of course, he also couldn't say it had come sooner than he had expected. If anything, he had hoped and expected Mu Di Bai would have responded to him much earlier, and thus although the actual date at which things occurred might be later, at the very least he would have to face and understand the situation much sooner.
