Furrowing his brows, Di Tou suddenly had a thought and, after a moment, carefully lowered the [Spirit Axe] down to try to inspect the pool closer again and found that the five beasts that were fighting in the center of the pool seemed to be in the Early Demonic Soul realm, and were giving off powerful fluctuations that couldn't help but make Di Tou's heart tremble slightly.
Watching the five beasts fight, Di Tou noticed that although they were fighting fiercely with one another, their goals didn't seem to be each other, as they wouldn't go for scattered bits of flesh and gore, but rather… it seemed like they were competing for something in the middle of the pit.
