Diagon Alley
3rd Pov:
Diagon Alley is a large shopping area for wizards and witchs, the buildings would give any builder or designer a mental breakdown or worse a heart attack with how they were designed and made. Any sane person would have refused to walk near them let alone in but the street and buildings had a type of charm to it, as though it was ... well magical.
Then in one of the many little alleys on the side and behind the different weird buildings a bright warn light burst fourth on to the empty street but the bright light was not annoying, but was warm and filled with vitality. Where the light pasted dirt and dust would disappear a new plant life would grow.
The whole alley was turned in to place filled with all kinds of life and vitality, the light only lasted a couple of seconds before disappearing, as though it never existed in the world. The only evidence of the light left was the large amount of vegetation left where the light had pasted.
Theoden pov:
As I opened my closed eyes I saw a book that looked like it did not belong in this world.
The book appears to look like the night sky, with different stars of changing colors flashing and disappearing. Sometimes a shooting star would fly across the starry sky, the book did not look unnatural or weird at all but instead looked like it had fallen from the sky itself.
The book had a Tree on the front over, the Tree is made of gold, sliver and white. The leaves were a sliver and gold with the trunk of the tree being white. The roots spread out to the bottom of the books edge, where a lake like design was that reflected the stars in the sky shimmered as the sky above with no less beauty.
The book was spreading warmth, vitality and care to it's surroundings.
As I opened the book to the first page I saw a name in Elven (Holy Book Of Life) under the title was my name (Theoden iston gildor aragorn mírë).
The pages were sliver white, however the pages reflected a multi colored light on the right angle. The writing is in a gold platinum.
The Second page had different spell and rituals types from attack, defence, healing and more.
I flipped though a couple of pages till I got a spell, the page was about purification magic with information on different was to use the spells and incarnations.
I was fascinated about what this book means, no what this grimoire means for my future. In my inherited memories I knew what this book meant to my magic and knowledge.
This grimoire was connected to me by my soul and magic, I could feel it slowly purify my magic origin. The best part was that this grimoire not only special and powerful with unlimited potential to grow.
This was a grimoire on the light side of magic the life, light and Holy type magic. In this world this type of magic is almost nonexistent, with dark/evil magic being the most used for the fact that it is easy to get power with.
However the biggest problem with dark magic is that it has a big impact on your emotions/state of mind, dark magic can easily corrupt your magic core/source.
White magic also in a way corrupts you but it has nothing but benefits. White magic the more you use it will seep into your magic source and change it to become more compatible with white magic.
The best thing is that it clears your mind and soul becoming stronger, in other words you become the perfect counter for dark magic beings. Even normal spells can get infused with white magic to become stronger.
The only negative I can think of the top of my head is that the more you use white magic the harder it becomes to use dark magic till you can not use even the most weakest spell.
The reason white magic is so hard to learn is that you need to have no prior use of dark magic or sins.
However this grimoire will purify my magic and soul to become ideal for white magic. So white magic is perfect for my future and growth.
The only problem I have with this grimoire is that I will not be able to use a focus for my magic. So I will have a harder start than others but I am happy with this because most of my elven magic can not be used at full power with a focus.
I Turned back to the 3rd page, it had a magic technique to strengthen your magic to become stronger than using a focus. Which can make spells that need a focus become able to be used without one.
The only problem is that it takes a lot more time to learn the same spell with out a focus. On the upside I will become the strongest even if it takes a few thousand years after all I will live a very long time.
Ah the curse of being an elf 'wiping eyes of nonexistent tears'.
I close the grimoire and think about it disappearing, it disappears in my hands.
I smile at the ingenious of the book before I am rudely interrupted by a loud grumble and pain from my stomach.
Then I realized I have no food!!!!!
I check my pockets and without any luck I have no money either.
"Why you cruel world!!!"
