As they swam, Jemmy felt he was on top of the world. Not the normal world but a new world where he and Naysa were the boss and the only people around. His heart melted as he looked at the steady girl next to him. Her hair soaked and scattered. He felt it with his hands. It was soft and slippery
The other end of the pool, the two looked at each other, regulating their breathing. Her smooth pink face was beautiful even without make up. Her rosy lips dripped. Her chest moved up and down as she breathed. Jemmy looked at her flat tummy, her small chest, her hips and skipped a bit. In deed she was a goddess, his goddess.
"The clothes seem to hide more." Jemmy thought. She was beautiful in clothes, but to him, she seemed more beautiful without them.
Naysa felt embarrassed as Jemmy continued to study her body. On the left side of her waist, Jemmy saw a crescent shaped mark. It shone in the water that Jemmy stared at it longer.
"Did you get hurt? Or what's this?" Jemmy asked, raising his hand to touch the mark.
"No I wasn't hurt. It's my birth mark."
Jemmy's hands landed on the mark and he caressed it. Her whole body shuddered as she devoured the feeling of his touch. "Can I touch it a bit longer?" He asked.
His voice was so tempting that without knowing, Naysa nodded, trying hard to hid her face in his chest. His hand ran over the mark, his long elegant fingers spread on her waist and part of her hip. It was heavenly feeling that she didn't want him to stop. She closed her eyes, holding her hands around his waist and slightly bending backwards. The sun rays shone on her face.
"Did you plan all this?" She asked.
"Mmh... But it was someone's idea." Jemmy said.
"Whose idea was it?" She stared at him curiously.
"You'll know that soon."
Naysa tried to look around but it was deserted. The whole world belonged to them. She didn't even know when the maids were driven away. No living soul except for them and Pearl.
"And the flowers?" She asked.
"That's my own idea. " He said. "Generally, blue flowers represent peace and tranquility. The peace you and I are experiencing right now. The outside world doesn't concern us in the state. The satisfying peace deep inside our hearts, the kind of eternal peace everyone wishes for." Jemmy said, holding her hands. Naysa really felt at peace. Except for his strong heartbeat, everywhere was quiet.
"I partially know red roses represent love." Naysa looked at the roses and said.
"Love and passion." Jemmy corrected. "The love in our hearts speak louder than any word. Apart from true love and passion, it does represent respect, desire and courage. I do respect you and your decisions Naysa, because I know you're an intelligent girl, and I have the courage to face whatever will come to separate me from you."
Naysa was shocked by Jemmy's confession. He looked more captivating, soft spoken and extra cute as he talked to her. His words were sincere. Naysa would never have thought this great man was this romantic in real grounds.
The red roses are ninety nine in number. Can you guess why I place ninety nine roses in the water? Because I want you to know that whatever happens, I'll love you till I die. Even on my death bed, I'll still want to die looking at your pretty face. When I go to heaven, the fast and last image in my mind would be you."
Naysa felt the lump in her heart. This was the first very touching statement she had heard from him and she felt the weight kf it deep down her heart.
"The blue roses are seventy seven in number. It does signify my faith in you that whatever am gifting, am doing it to no one but my soulmate. Will you accept the gift?" He asked, more of begging than asking. Though Naysa didn't see anything in his hand and she wondered what gift it was, she nodded.
Jemmy smiled, exposing his pure white teeth. He pulled her to his body and the water splashed in their faces. Naysa spread her hands on the water and felt the water surface. She breathed hard, stunned as Jemmy slightly pushed her backwards. Her hair, which was by now dry soaked in the water again. Not wanting the sun rays to hit her eyes, she closed her eyes.
With his hand brushing in her hair, he weighed his body down on her and his shadow covered her face. Just when Naysa thought she would open her eyes, his think wet lips swept down on her mouth. Suprised, Naysa opened her eyes wide. Jemmy almost laughed.
"I want you to close your eyes, another thing, remember to breathe." Jemmy said.
Naysa felt embarrassed. She didn't know how to kiss, and instead of closing her eyes, she had stared at him. She had stopped breathing and waited.
"Mmh..." She nodded obediently.
