Chapter 7

We went to our common room crabbe,goyle and draco sits at the sofa while chloe and pansy its on the other I remain standing up thinking of somethings. What could be my grandma sent me.

"malfoy i saw rose looking at you earlier at the field" i heard crabbe.

"yea she's like really into you" goyle added.

I looked immediately at the three boys then looked at Pansy and chloe looking at me with concern.

"i- uhm im gonna go to my room I'll be back" i told them and went to my room i heard draco shouts at crabbe and goyle but I shrugged it off.

I went to my room and opened the wrapper my grandma gave me its the book of Harry Potter and the sorcerers stone. I put it in my luggage bag so the others won't see it incase they went to my room I returned to the living room and they're all quite i sit beside Chloe and pansy.

"harry is the new seeker of the quidditch team." I told them and read some book about spells.

"isn't that against the rules" i heard them ask.

"yea but as i heard Mcgonagall he's the new seeker of gryffindor." I told them.

"thats so unfair my father will hear about this" i heard draco.

I laughed "im sure he will we should get going dinner is about to start"

We all got up and went to the great hall we are eating dinner now the slytherin table is quite as usual draco and i are always seated together we sense that someone is behind us we looked at each other and both look behind us we saw professor snape. He drugged us out of the great hall everyone is now looking at us.

"tell me what happen on the quidditch field earlier " we heard snape.

"we are playing around the i guess Mcgonagall saw harry got the ball in the right time isn't that so unfair just by that he's already the seeker" says Malfoy.

"i know you know this is gonna happen lyn you should've just stopped Mr.Malfoy" i heard snape.

"but godfather you know I can't change anything." I told him.

Draco just looked at us confused.

Snape just nodded "here's the thing draco you'll get in the quidditch soon I'll talk to Dumbledore" snape said looking at draco.

"really? Thank you" draco said.

"make us proud i know your better than potter" snape said looking at harry.

Draco and i looked at him at the same time i saw harry looked at us then look away. Professor snape take us to the slytherin table and messes draco's and i's hair and went back to the fronts table again i looked at harmonie and she smiled at me i smiled back. I saw ron, harmonie and harry got up.

"i think we should get going" i heard pansy. We all nodded and got up.

"oh uhm you guys should get going i just forget something on our table" i told them.

They gave me a confused look and nodded. As soon as they're out of my site i went to the grand staircase and saw Harry and his friends went to the 3rd floor i saw Mr. Flich and told him i saw students on third floor and turned my back on him and went to the common room. As i arrived at the common room nobody were in the living room im gonna guess they're already on their room minding their own business i went to my room and change into my pajamas i wrote a letter to my grandma.

Dear grandma,

Why did you sent me the book of the sorcerers stone? Are you ok there? Are you eating ? Is everything fine? I miss you so much i cant wait to hang out with you again. My day has been pretty good can you believe how unfair it is here? I can't believe harry is the new seeker anyway as expected im going to sleep now i love you goodnight.

I put the letter in the envelope and give it to my owl i went out of my room and the common rooms and let go of my owl i went inside again and to my surprise draco is near the fire place.

"hey can't sleep?" I asked him.

"yeah what about you?" He asked the same.

"i just sent my grandma a letter" i told him.

He looked at me in the eyes and smiled i smiled back and sits beside him.

"what do you plan on summer?" I asked him.

"depends on my parents" he just said and stared at the fire. "what about you?"

"probably with my grandma and not leaving the manor" i said.

He held my head and put it in his shoulder.

"send me a letter if your bored I'll go visit you" he said.

I lift my head up and look at him. "Alright then" i smiled.

"we should probably try to sleep now we have class tomorrow" he told me and smiled.

I nodded and he got up and offered his hand to help me i held his hand and stands up we both made our way to our room and said good night i lay on my bed and went to sleep.

Its halloween morning woke up early making sure im not gonna late i went to the bathroom i change my clothes and went out of my room i saw pansy sitting at the sofa reading books.

"hey goodmorning" I greeted her.

"your early today huh?" She laugh. "good morning too" 

I smiled. "where are the others?" I asked her.

"they're still not out of their room probably still asleep" she said and closed the book she's reading. "we can go now to the great hall so we can eat breakfast" 

"good idea lets go" i told her we both get up.

"wait for me at least" we heard Chloe walks towards us.

"Lets go" pansy and i both said at the same time and laugh.

We got to the great hall and eat breakfast while reading some books. Our next is about wands and spells so i read some books about it minutes later we saw the boys going on our direction.

"well well i see the three girls left us." We heard draco and look at him.

I laughed." we got hungry plus i woke up early" I said.

They just rolled their eyes. Pansy and Chloe are whispering i just continue reading book.

"ugh when will rose stop looking on our table" said pansy.

I looked at them and looked at the ravenclaw table.

"malfoy your girlfriend is looking at you, might look back at her" i said and laughed.

Chloe and pansy chuckled.

"lets go to our next class?" The boys asked.

We just nodded and stands up and walk to the next class as we are walking we walk pass harry, ron and harmonie. Draco walk pass harry bumping his shoulder at him we just looked at harry while walking we got to the room and sits on our chair my day is getting better. Even better, Professor Flitwick announced in Charms that he thought they were ready to start making objects fly, something they had all been dying to try since they'd seen him make Neville's toad zoom around the classroom. Professor Flitwick put the class into pairs to practice. Harry's partner was Seamus Finnigan (which was a relief, because Neville had been trying to catch his eye). Ron, however, was to be working with Hermione Granger. It was hard to tell whether Ron or Hermione was angrier about this. She hadn't spoken to either of them since the day Harry's broomstick had arrived. Pansy is partnered with crabbe, chloe is partnered with goyle and im partnered with draco.

"Now, don't forget that nice wrist movement we've been practicing!" squeaked Professor Flitwick, perched on top of his pile of books as usual. "Swish and flick, remember, swish and flick. And saying the magic words properly is very important, too -- never forget Wizard Baruffio, who said 's' instead of 'f' and found himself on the floor with a buffalo on his chest."

It was very difficult. Harry and Seamus swished and flicked, but the feather they were supposed to be sending skyward just lay on the desktop. Seamus got so impatient that he prodded it with his wand and set fire to it -- Harry had to put it out with his hat. The slytherin laugh at him I somehow laugh i feel bad tho.

I sas Ron, at the next table, wasn't having much more luck.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" he shouted, waving his long arms like a windmill.

"You're saying it wrong," i heard Hermione snap. "It's LeViosa not LevioSarrr."

"You do it, then, if you're so clever," Ron snarled.

Hermione rolled up the sleeves of her gown, flicked her wand, and said, "Wingardium Leviosa!"

Their feather rose off the desk and hovered about four feet above their heads. Impressive.

"Oh, well done!" cried Professor Flitwick, clapping. "Everyone see here, Miss Granger's done it!"

Draco tried to do it and it work he looked at me and smirked rolled my eyes.

"Wingardium Leviosa" i managed to lift the feather easily and motioned it to dracos face and laughed.

The class ended and we're walking i heard ron saying something about harmonie.

"It's no wonder no one can stand her," he said to Harry as they pushed their way into the crowded corridor, "she's a nightmare, honestly."

Someone knocked into Harry as they hurried past him. It was Hermione. Harry caught a glimpse of her face -- and was startled to see that she was in tears.

"I think she heard you."i heard harry.

"So?" said Ron, but he looked a bit uncomfortable. "She must've noticed she's got no friends."

Hermione didn't turn up for the next class and wasn't seen all afternoon. I hope she's okay. On our way down to the Great Hall for the Halloween feast, i overheard Parvati Patil telling her friend Lavender that Hermione was crying in the girls' bathroom and wanted to be left alone. I give Ron a death glare but a moment later we had entered the Great Hall, where the Halloween decorations are ready. A thousand live bats fluttered from the walls and ceiling while a thousand more swooped over the tables in low black clouds, making the candles in the pumpkins stutter. The feast appeared suddenly on the golden plates, as it had at the start-of-term banquet.

Crabbe was just helping himself to a baked potato when Professor Quirrell came sprinting into the hall, his turban askew and terror on his face. Everyone stared as he reached Professor Dumbledore's chair, slumped against the table, and gasped, "Troll -- in the dungeons -- thought you ought to know."

He then sank to the floor in a dead faint.

I heard draco screamd and the whole greathall are panicking there was an uproar. It took several purple firecrackers exploding from the end of Professor Dumbledore's wand to bring silence.

"Prefects," he rumbled, "lead your Houses back to the dormitories immediately!"

We all went to our common rooms. I just hope harmonie is ok. I was so scared to the point i wanna cry but chloe is crying already i saw blaise going on our way he asked is pansy is okay and she nodded.

"lets go to your room pansy you need to get some rest" i heard blaise.

She just nodded and say goodbye to us and we nooded. Crabbe and goyle said good night too.

"you can sleep on my room chloe" i told her.

She nodded her head no "its okay Kaitlyn I'll stay in my room besides its just next to yours ill be fine" 

I nodded and she left and went to her room.

"are you okay lia? I can stay in your room if you want." I heard draco.

If im not really scared will refuse but i don'twanna die yet so I agree.

"stay with me" i told him.

He nodded and we went to my room he lays on my bed i write to my grandma again and lay beside him.

"good night lia" he said.

"good night" i said and cuddled up with him.
