11-Love Over Friendship

"Ya!Shanne-ah!I'm called you earlier,but why you didn't heard me?"asked Kris,who's following her inside the gate.

"Oh!I'm sorry!I didn't heared you called me."says Shanne.She's out of her mind.

After their conversation last night,she avoid to talked to her aunt and went to school early.

"Shanne,...uuhmm,can I asked you something?"Do you have something to do on this coming weekend?"Kris hesitated to asked her.

"Nothing.Why?"

"Can I invite you-----

"Are you asking me for a date?"she predicted of what he's going to asked.

"Uhm,Yes,If it is possible."Kris said while smiling shyly.

Shanne thought of what happened to her this past few months.She need a break,to make her mind at peace.

"Okay!I will go with you."

"Jinja?"Kris said happily."I will make sure,you're going to enjoy our date."he said and he left her to go to his own classroom.

"Who's going to have a date?You and Kris?You really didn't take me seriously, don't you?"said Choa,who just enter the school gate, together with her friends,including her eonni.

Not only Choa who just came,there's also Kai together with Namjoo and Lay alone.They all heared of what Choa said.

"Told you to stay away from Kris,but you still sticking with him.What are you a leech?"Choa insulted her.

Shanne is in a bad mood today because of what happened last night.But, she just ignored her walked to her classroom. But Choa,stripped her toes.

Shanne fall off the ground in a prone position.

"That's what you've got bitch!"Choa said.

"Choa stop it!shout Eunji and she helped her sister to stand up."It's not her fault that Kris liked her.Can you please stop your childish acts?Don't force yourself to guy that doesn't like you!"

"What?Why are you defending that bitch?"Choa asked frowning her face.

"She's my sister.But I'm not defending her because of it.I'm just sick of your immature acts.You can't find a boyfriend,and no one will like you if you don't change your damn attitude!"said Eunji,and she walked to her

classroom.Their two friends followed Eunji to their room.

Choa left speechless.She walked fast and bumped Shanne at her shoulder.

She didn't expected it,so she fall off to the ground again.

"Are you okay?"asked duet of Kai and Lay.And they gave her a hand together.

Shanne still hurts of what Kai told her before, so she chose to reach Lay's hand and ignored him.

"Shanne-ah,"Kai's gentle voice stop her from walking.

She wants to run and hug him,but she knows that she's still the one who will get hurts at the end.So,she ignored him again and walked fast to her room.

"Shanne,it's already lunch break,don't you want to eat your lunch?"asked Suho.

"I'm not hungry."Shanne simply said.

Luhan noticed her expression.

"Do you have a problem?"he asked.

"Nothing,I'm just not in the mood to eat."Shanne said.

"Okay.But if you have a problem,don't forget we are here,you're friends ready to listen."OK?"Says Luhan.He hug her before they went to cafeteria to eat, without her.

Shanne came to the rooftop garden.She wants to think.She's happy that for the first time her eonni defended her against Choa,but she's still sad because of what she had discovered about her true identity,and also her heartache because of Kai.

"Ya!Shanne-ah!I've been looking for you for a minutes.You're just here and...are you crying again?" Lay asked.

He's looking for her at the cafeteria, but she's not there,so Lay decided to go to the rooftop garden,maybe she's there.And he's right, Shanne is at the rooftop garden again.

"Lay,I have something to tell you,I hope you will still accept me as you're friend."says Shanne,she don't want to hide a secret from him.Her eyes became watery.

"Do you believe in humpire?"she started.

"Yes,I do."_he answered.

"What if I'll tell you now that I'm a humpire too?"

Lay speak after a minutes of silence.

"So you already knew,that you're a humpire."Lay said.It's not a question but a statement.

"What do you mean,I already know?"You mean,you know that I am a humpire from the start since we became friends?"she asked. She can't believed it.

Lay didn't answered her.He just nodded two times. Shanne burst in tears.

"Why didn't you tell me?You know that I have many questions in my mind that no one can answered me.Of all people, you're the one I trusted the most.But you lied to me!"she shouted while crying.

"I didn't intend to kept this a secret for you forever.I don't want to see you suffered, but you're eomma,my eomma,all people surrounded you are telling me not to tell you this.That my mission only is to protect you."explained Lay,He doesn't know what kinds of words that will make her pacified.

Shanne still crying,she can't believe that the most people he trusted kept her a very important secret.

"So you mean,you only approached me,because of your mission?You made me your friends,just to be closed with me,so that you  can protect me?"No wonder you always protected me from those who bullied me.That you always told me to obeyed my mother,when she's telling me not to take off my necklace.It's because you already knew about it.It's because you're a humpire too!"she said while crying.Her heart is very heavy.

"No!"I became your friend,because I want to be your friend,I want to protect you!"said Lay.

"And I want to be closed to you because.....because..."I love you."Lay only whispered it,but enough for her to heard what he said.

She froze a little bit,but she can't find a words to speak.She's surprised.

"My best friend Lay is in love with me?"she thought."No!_Let's forget what we talked right now."

Lay hugged her so tight.

"I know you had so much surprised this past few days,and I added it now by telling you how I felt.But I can take it anymore.It's so hurt for me to see that you're crying because of another guy,and  now,you'll have a date with another guy too."Don't you know how much it hurt's to me?"Lay said while hugging her.

"Don't want to hide the truth from you,but if hiding the truth can make you safe,I will do it,again,and again,and again."Please don't get mad at me."

"I wanna go home,I want to have some time to think about everything.Please take me home."Shanne said.She want to be alone,she need a time to accept all the things she just know.

"Okay,I will take you home,Have some rest.I will tell to your classmates that you're not feeling well.Keep this in mind,we didn't tell you the truth because we don't want you in danger,we want you're safety."Lay said and he take her to their house.

Kai saw Lay and Shanne hugging at the rooftop while she's crying.He wants to asked her why she's crying.But he knows that he doesn't have the rights to asked her.He also wants to give Lay a punch for hugging her.

"Damn this feeling!"Kai said.He's hurt,he wants to hug her,to comfort her,but he can't do it all.Kai's eyes became watery.And he can't controlled the tears coming from his eyes.

"Damn!Damn!Damn it!!"He cursed,while harshly wiping his tears.It's the first time that he cried for a girl.

Lay accompanied Shanne to their house.No one wants to talked,they are just walking.Finally,Lay speak when they reached at their house.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Have some rest.I hope tomorrow you have cleared your mind."said Lay before he left her inside their gate.

SM Academy:

"Woah!I really can't believe it.That bitch is your younger sister?"said Bomi to Eunji.

Eunji give her a sharp look.

"Whatch your words."she said.

"Opps!"Mianhe."Bomi apologized.

"But,why are you treated her like that?"And we thought you hate her."asked  Ji yeon.

"I'm sorry,but I can't explain it to you guys.It's some kind of complicated story.Anyway,I'm sorry Choa for those harshed words that I said earlier.I didn't mean to say those words."Eunji apologized Choa.

"It's okay.I thought about it.You're right I don't have to forced Kris if he doesn't like me.I just love him so much."Choa said while crying.

They gave Choa a group hug.

"I know you can find a better man than Kris.You're still young and beautiful,there's a lot of handsome boys who like you here in SM Academy."says Eunji.She's happy,finally Choa already accepted that Kris will never be hers.

But,her concerned right now,is her sister's feeling.She's ready now to accept her as her sister again.She hope that she can accept the facts about them, for being a humpire.And she want also to know what is the connection of her sister's birthmark that looks like a sword,to her galbi necklace,for being a humpire.
