It goes bump in the night

there was silence as lily sat alone in her room, it was a quarter after midnight went she heard it... THUMP!!! lily:"*gasp* what was that!" then all fell silent,and just when she thought she was hearing things...THUMP!!! this time it sounded like it was just a few feet away from her door! she jumped up off of her bed and ran to her door, with a swift move, she locked the door. She ran back to her bed and leaped under her covers. She was breathing uncontrollably, she was listening under the covers but all was quite. Then...THUMP!!!THUMP!!!THUMP!!! her door banged! She started to cry uncontrollably while the door was rattling and pounding THUMP!!!THUMP!!!THUMP!!! Her heart in her throat, she grabbed her phone and tried to call her dad who was probably still at work.*ring,ring,ring* "hello,lily what are you still doing-" lily:"dad you have to get home NOW!!! someone's in the house!!" and at that moment the banging on the door stopped THU- "hello,hello Lily are you still there!? lily:y-yes call the cops and come home NOW!!! *beep!* just as lily hung up there was a loud tap against her window! *TAP!* petrified she gazed across her room at the window and saw...a long slinder silhouette of a man but, something wasn't right... the man had six blood shot eyes,a mad twisted smile,and four long arms with sharp knife like fingers tapping against the window TAP!TAP!TAP! It was like the mad smile kept getting larger and larger. lily wasn't sure how long she was staring at the creature but,out of nowhere it punched though the glass! shards of glass rained out all over the floor! with a panicked scream, lily bolted from her bed but it wasn't fast enough... Lilly's dad sped up the driveway with the cops but when they got there,all that they found was a puddle of blood and a broken window.after that night, Lily's dad was all alone,but he felt like there was something... in the house *bump..*
