MY FIRST DAY ON THE JOB; AN INTRODUCTION TO MY COWORKERS

As Aurora got home she took off her heels and jumped face first straight into the bed. She then screams into her

pillow and started kicking her legs up and down. Aurora then turn around and looks up at celling, she was clearly worried and anxious about going into work in the next two days because she didn't unpack any of the groceries that she bought and she didn't change into her pajamas. Aurora then came to the realization that she did not wash the makeup off her face which means that it had stained her pillow case leaving her face printed in it.

What is wrong with me? I'm usually not this off, is it the fact that Greyson will be my boss in a couple of days or is it the guilt I feel for what I did to him in high school and despite all that he still decided to hire me said Aurora. No, I can't let this get to me besides, he already put all that behind him so I should just try to forget about it said Aurora as she got up, took off her work attire and put on her pajamas that had panda bear designs all over it. She then washed off all the makeup she had on her face and unpacked all her groceries. Aurora then made dinner for herself and ate it, brushed her teeth and prepared herself for bed.

While she was in the bed twisting and turning, unable to sleep, she received a call . As she saw that it was an unknown number she immediately declined . Who could be calling me at this time of night worst on an unknown number, they got some nerve Aurora said to herself as she tried to get comfortable in her bed to sleep.

Two days has passed and Aurora got up bright and early, got everything ready and left her apartment. Upon arriving in front of Greyson's accounting firm, she felt an immense amount of pressure and anxiety, she was thinking of all the possible things that could happen or go wrong in the workplace. Come on, calm down, let's just get this over with said Aurora to herself as she took a deep breath and entered the building. After reading the signs on each door , Aurora finally came across the early morning meeting room where she was instructed to go to as soon as she arrived.

Here goes nothing said Aurora to herself as she opened the door. Amelia, there has been a complaint from the Benson's car wash company that there has been a decline in their profits due our miscalculations, when we agreed audit for them, we also vowed that they will receive the exact value so why am I hearing that they didn't get the right amount said Greyson in a calm but angry tone. I'm not sure boss, I do manage everyone who works as an auditor here however, I wasn't the one to audit Benson's car wash's revenue, so I'm not sure how they got back the wrong figures said Amelia.

I told you that any work done by anyone here should be reviewed and evaluated by you to ensure that their are no errors or mistakes. I do apologize sir, it won't happen again, I'll ensure that everyone's work is thoroughly assessed. Okay, I'm counting on you Amelia don't mess up next time said Greyson as he gave her a pat on the head.

Greyson then glances over at Aurora which caused a chill down her spine. As for the person who made that error, I will deal with you properly later so don't think that you're off the hook said Greyson. Wow, Greyson is really scary , I haven't seen him like that yet even when we were bullying him, i guess he's all grown up now Aurora said to herself. Good morning everyone said Aurora. Come on in and have a seat said Greyson. Yes , thank you said Aurora as she entered the room and sat down.

Her name is Aurora Allen and today she will be working with us. She had proven her worth in the interview and I strongly believe that she will make a great addition to this firm one day said Greyson. This is Percy , he is the head of security for this company said Greyson. It's a pleasure to meet you Aurora, I look forward to today. And this is Agatha also a security guard she doesn't say much so don't feel offended if you don't get the response you are expecting. You already know Amelia, she manages the staff's work and she is also in charge of interviewing potential workers said Greyson. Now their names are Darren, Ivy and Nova . They are the ones who perform the daily accounting operations for this business, however we want to expand our range to other companies therefore we need more staff with accounting capabilities said Greyson.
