it has been a few months since the incident with tony, he had publically revealed his identity as iron man , a few days ago tony was called by Senate Armed Services Committee for questioning about the suit after he restarted the stark expo, even though he managed to hide the fact that he was dying from every one he failed to do that with emiya, afterall , how could a mortal match the experience of an ageless counter guardian, he could sense that the arc reactor tony was using was poisoning his body ,

tony started to use all his money on pointless things, but it was definitely hilarious to see justin hammer be humiliated by tony in front of a hundred cameras, tony suddenly made pepper ceo of stark industries , i approved of his choice, but i was still trying to find a way to help my friend from his death without him finding out about my powers, he could try projecting pain breaker , the counter part of rule breaker of maedae, but the phantasm only heals poisons that are caused by unnatural means while the poisoning was naturally occurring from the reactor,

in the meanwhile he heard from one of his hypnotized spies in the military that general ross had found the scientist called bruce banner aka hulk, this immediately alerted emiya and he immediately left for their location, the hulk reminded emiya of berserker, although not as strong as heracles , the hulk was still very powerful, strong enough to destroy a city if left unchecked, however the reason why emiya was after the hulk was because he wanted bruce banner to work in stark industries under him to develop a vaccine for immunity from radiation so that the workers in a nuclear reactor ned not worry about radiation,

after emiya arrived in the city he finds a duel between gigantic humanoids, one was green and the other had spikes coming from his body, emiya equpped his battle armor and projected a weapon that had once ended his life ,

meanwhile the abomination was beating the hulk down into the ground , he spotted the crashed helicopter which had ross in it , he used the chains in his hands to cause a fire on the helicopter, when he was about to attack the helicopter,

"HULK SMASH!!!" came the voice of the hulk , the ground below the abomination sunk and he missed , but before he could resume his attack he suddenly felt a chill in his spine, as if something was watching him like prey suddenly he heard a shout

"GAE BOLG!!!!!"

a red light suddenly pierced his chest directly destroying his heart, he looked down to find a vanishing spear head protruding from him, slowly the abomination fell to the floor and died,

emiya descended on to the ground , but before he could say a single word the hulk leapt into the sky and jumped from building to building , quickly disappearing into the forest,

"well, it seems like the trip was wasted !!!!" he sighed in disappointment, he then flew away into the air using one of the flying swords from his countless incarnations,

after he returns to new york he learns from fury that tony was attacked by a guy called ivan vanko , but tony managed to find a cure to his reactor problem and defeat him, but then fury said,

"we found a strange hammer in the desert , we don't know what it is but we want your help in finding out " he said to which emiya agreed

after travelling to the desert they find that a strange iron golem was attacking a town,

coulson informed them that the weapon was from a place called Asgard, this immediately rang alarm bells in emiya's head, but before emiya could do anything they saw a bulky man dressed in armor wielding the before mentioned hammer to defeat the golem, emiya used his structural analysis on the hammer but was left completely stunned, the hammer was mejolnir the hammer of thor and the man was the god of thunder thor himself, but the reason why emiya was stunned was because the hammer was nothing more than an E rank noble phantasm , the mejolnir stored in his realty marble was an A rank noble phantasm, and the god himself was at most as strong as a lancer class servant.
