"I can get you all out of here." Said Chiara, whilst caressing her ponytail.
Everyone in the room threw a gaze at Chiara, it was surprising to them all that she offered to help.
"Why should we trust you?." Lorenzo asked while approaching Chiara with lissome steps.
"I don't see a reason why you shouldn't." Chiara stuttered at Lorenzo, he came a lot closer to Chiara, Lorenzo brought his face so close to Chiara's.
It looked as though he was going to join his lips with hers for a kiss, Lorenzo set his eyes and Chiara's red full lips, his eyeballs trickled up to Chiara's face, he looked into her blue eyes, Chiara kept her head tight on the wall, that was as far as her head could get away from Lorenzo's lips.
"What are you doing Lorenzo?" Marchisio inquired, as the view of Chiara and Lorenzo turned disturbing to him.
"What do you mean, what am I doing?" Lorenzo tossed a stare at Marchisio.
"She wants to help us, but you are looking like you want to have her," Marchisio said.
Lorenzo backed away a little from Chiara, as his actions felt a little awkward to him.
"Am marveled by how lust took away your manners,"
Severus said to Lorenzo, he looked at Severus who was behind him,
"What manners do you speak of?"
"Chivalry," Severus replied.
"All I want to know is how she wants to help us get out of this castle, am weary of all these unimportant words you all have been uttering!." Berardi mentioned, his tone revealed how angry he was.
"I have a plan," Chiara said, she walked over to her wardrobe not too far away from her bed, she went into the wardrobes, rummaging in it to find something.
"Who knows what she is searching for, it could be a crossbow" Lorenzo mentioned, giving everyone a suspicious mind.
Severus brought out a dagger, Marchisio held his sword firm, and kept it in a position of use,
Berardi drew his swords too.
Chiara came out of the wardrobe carrying a hip of clothing reaching up to her neck,
"I brought shirts with hoods, for disguise." She said, Chiara glanced around for a while, she gaped at what when she saw how poised everyone was.
Chiara threw the hip of cloth to the floor and began taking staggering steps backward, she thought they had all agreed within themselves to take her life.
"What's with all the swords in your hands." Her lips shivered as she spoke, her heart drumming loud, Chiara thought it would be her last moment.
"We thought you would come out with a crossbow, so we drew our swords to protect ourselves," Severus revealed.
"Oh!" Chiara exclaimed, she let out a slight laugh. "I understand, you still don't trust me." She approached the hoods on the floor and carried them up.
"We don't trust people that easy," Severus said.
"You all will. Soon." She replied, and handed a hooded sweatshirt to Severus, she went around afterward and gave one to everyone.
"I will take you out with my carriage," Chiara said, and headed towards the door, after a while it came to her mind nobody was following her to the door, she stopped and turned around, Everyone looked at her with an inquisitive face.
"Well come on." She commanded the men solemnly, she unbolted the door and went out, Berardi and Marchisio followed suit, before Lorenzo and Severus came along.
"Do you think she can be trusted?" Lorenzo asked Severus.
"Not even a bit, one wrong move from her, I will slit her guts," Severus said.
Chiara led them all out of the castle into the castle compound, they never came across guards, Chiara knew the passages and routes where guards aren't usually mounted.
The guards at the gate caught the sight of a lady with four hooded men approaching the gates of the castle, the guards flashed their scones at them,
"Halt right there." One of the guards yelled.
"It's me, princess Chiara." She kept approaching the guards.
The guards recognized her when she drew close to them,
"My princess where are you off to, it's late, you should be in bed." The guard said while stammering a bit.
"How dare you question my actions, and who are you to tell me what I should be doing." She lashed out at the guard.
The guard gave a slight bow to Chiara "Pardon me, my princess." He pleaded.
"One more word and I will have you locked in the dungeon." Chiara threatened, she left the guards and went to her carriage parked in a garage near the castle gates, the hooded men followed her behind, bending their heads slightly to not let the guards peek at their face.
The guards opened the gates wide, Chiara's carriage rode through, before she left she told the guards she was going to meet the physician, she complained about her reoccurring illusions to the guards before leaving.
As Chiara was riding down the hill in her carriage, the castle bell rang, echoing throughout the City at a late hour.
Chiara stroke her bridle, the horses scurried, speeding up the carriage.
After a while they left the hills completely, it could now be said that they are safe.
Meanwhile, back in the castle, Massimiliano came down to the dungeon with a large number of guards.
Massimiliano found a perturbing scenery, the guards in the dungeon were dead, and only one prisoner was left, Crying and shivering in fear.
Massimiliano came at padre and dragged him up to his face by his neck, Massimiliano gnashed at padre, gazing at him with scary eyes.
"Where are the others?" Massimiliano asked.
Padre wept, he knew Massimiliano wouldn't accept what he would say to him.
"I -don't -know, where they are." He stammered, his whole self trembled in fear.
Massimiliano threw him against the wall, he sled a dagger out of his belt, padre saw the dagger in Masimilano's hands, he crawled backward,
"Please don't." Tears flooded out of his eyes, puss flooded out of his nose too.
Massimiliano was coming ever closer, padre pleadings were like, pouring water on hard rock.
Padre reached the ends of the cell, he couldn't crawl back anymore, his back was against the wall.
"Please don't, I can help you find them if you spare my life." He threw promises at Massimiliano,
"I will do whatever you say.
I can be your slave, and serve you for a lifetime, please."
Padre let out a loud cry, as he observed Masimilano was showing any emotion nor response to his promises.
Massimiliano raised his hands above his head, he drove the dagger into padre's neck.
Padre opened his mouth wide, seeking to catch a breath, blood flooded out of his nostrils, his whole self thrust up and down, padre's body needed air, the dagger cut his windpipe.
Massimiliano watched his ordeal for a while, he felt bored and drove the dagger out, after a while he drove it in again at the same spot.
Padre gave up the ghost, Massimiliano came out of a squat,
"You are a hard animal to tame, Vir bellica," Massimiliano said.
"Search the whole castle, they might have not gone too far." Massimiliano believed.
