SEASON 1 FINALE…

Dawn came in so suddenly for her as she sat at the edge of her bed, her mind in a completely different space. She didn't even notice the alarm going off on her phone. Kingsley was already up and the sound of the shower echoed in her room as she stood up to head to the kitchen. They had nothing to do with each other anymore, he had violated her personal space, her respect for him. He was just like all the other males, he wanted her for ulterior motives of course it was so simple to figure out.

She grabbed a mug from the upper cabinet and sighed heavily as she poured herself a cup of cocoa. Kingsley wasn't her main concern she had bigger problems that just didn't seem to end. Vera, that spirit that damned spirit who left her the worst reputation for the throne. She had trusted him and he took advantage of her emotionally, physically. The thought of him made her stomach turn into knots. He made her into the biggest fool the kingdom had ever seen. He was he reason she didn't have a place she could really call home now.

Before he anger took advantage of her, the door clicked open to reveal a freshly showered Kingsley. She didn't even bother focusing on him for long, they had said what they needed to say the previous night.

"Good morning." He said as he approached the kitchen.

"Morning." She replied coldly. He didn't react to her sudden change in behaviour and went on like things were normal. She glanced at him and noticed that he looked exhausted, he had black bags under his eyes, His eyes looked sunken and emotionless. She flinched at the sight of him and looked back down at her coffee, feeling guilty for some peculiar reason.

"Do you have classes today?" She asked finally. He glanced at her with a sad look on his face and shrugged.

"I don't think I can make it to classes today." He said and they both went silent. This was torture on both sides, as none had nothing to say. She heard him sigh and turned to see him staring down at her. He whispered to her to meet him in the living room for only two minutes of her time. She immediately nodded and walked behind him through halls and stairs. When they finally sat down and he spoke before she had a chance to process the situation.

"Nikita, I crossed a line. I kissed you and violated your respect for me. I really still can't expect you to understand why I did it, but that doesn't give me an excuse for your forgiveness."

"You are right." Is all she said as he paused.

"I don't expect anything from you, but I won't stop you from leaving if you feel that uncomfortable. Nikita, I have no right to face you right now. You were vulnerable and that was a crime to our relationship. I understand if you want to never see me again, so please don't let me stop you."

"Don't you think you're taking this a little too far?" She said immediately he stopped talking. She tilted her head and shrugged slowly waiting for the tension to die down.

"How do you mean?" He asked leaning forward on his chair.

"I mean the way I thought about it, It was just the touch of lips and a warm feeling inside, so I know it may be considered an offence here, but I was also at fault for worrying you like that."

"What's with the change of heart, you should be raging mad right now." He said with the aim of teasing her. There was a long pause and Kingsley started to get uncomfortable and asked her if there was something wrong. She didn't reply and he saw as drops of tears travelled down her face.

"Nikita! Hey! Is it something I said?" He said with a worried look on his face.

"K-Kingsley I'm scared, he's coming back, he found me." He?

"Who are you talking about?" He asked getting closer to her now.

"The reason I came to the mortal realm…Kingsley I think I tell you everything from where it began, why I'm here and why I wouldn't blame you for why I was mad."

"If that is what you want… I will listen." He said and sat next to her now, holding her hand in his.

"I'm being forced to marry a man who ruined my life and who might kill me if i go back." She said looking up at him. His mind started whirling, he didn't have a clue about what she was saying.

"I wasn't informed until Ezra came by, that man who I thought i could rely on had tarnished my father's love and my realm's respect for me… Kingsley if he finds me he will kill me please
