A quiet night passed.
Early the next morning, Chen Hao, who had enjoyed his first day in prison, prepared to follow his cellmates outside to get some fresh air and to work.
"What do we usually have to do?" Chen Hao asked the bald man next to him.
It was his first time in prison, so there was still a lot about the rules and life here that he didn't understand.
The bald man immediately replied, "In the morning, we first gather outside for physical exercise, then after breakfast, each prisoner's work is arranged."
Overnight, the inmates in cell 13 had come to both respect and fear Chen Hao, and whatever the matter, they always deferred to him first.
After hearing this, Chen Hao nodded to indicate he understood.
Leaving the cell, they took a different corridor, flanked on both sides by armed guards, to prevent the inmates from doing anything untoward.
