She also just learned the state of the entire universe throughout history since the creation of the universe. Every beings and existences in the universe are also in her mind, but she is forbidden to tell anything about it to Philip, unless Philip discovers them or makes known to them

But of course, the system will also provide assistance if certain limits are supposed to be enforced

The purpose of the voice is to develop a character that will get close to Philip to keep him in check and stable. Almost like Tenshi's job, but the voice is always in his mind with no physical body. That was the system's goal, for now
