Revealing Identity

As Zephyr and others went back to the forest to save Azura, Elvirita and Kai were already rushing deep inside the place to find the oldest tree.

Kai was against all this yet went along with her, hoping to help her change her mind.

"Are you sure about this, Elvirita?" 

"Yes," 

She nodded strongly as the forest didn't dare to go near her, let alone to attack her.

"But, why?! Don't you love him?" He snapped. 

Flashing a sorrowful smile, she replied softly, "I love him that is why I am doing this, Kai," 

His gaze softened, not believing that for Zephyr, she was willing to place her love at stake. 

It disheartened him when she abandoned her love.

But, those words from Zephyr were echoing in her mind, disrupting her perception. She didn't find herself in the picture.

"These fucking hands didn't hesitate when I embraced that other woman but they surely damn did for my own fiancée!"
