Chapter 328 – A Happy Day
After breakfast, Mana insisted that Raven be sent off to sleep since he'd been up all night looking at his gifts – as for his new gifts, she generously gave him an hour to open them all and then he could sleep till lunch.
King Corvus and Head Sage Yue didn't seem too happy with the plan – it seemed that both of them had something to speak to Raven about – but honestly, Mana couldn't care less. Before either man could say anything, Mana grabbed Raven and ran off, leaving Jules and Rook to bring all the gifts to Raven's room.
"Your little Mana is really a clever one," King Corvus grumbled at King Jaren.
King Jaren simply laughed in response. "She's just a little protective of Raven, that's all," he said casually.
"As she ought to be," General Aquila said with a smile. "Good girl."
"Do tell us about the new baby, though, King Jaren," Head Sage Yue spoke up, eyeing Vyom with a longing look on his pale face.
